Made everything easy for us, everything was done in a fast time frame

Amazing company. Every person we had contact with was polite, compassionate and listened to what we needed. Got our car within 3 weeks (car was already in stock). Cannot fault them. Highly recommend. We would give 100 stars if we could.

From the first contact it was a straight forward process. We were kept informed of progress following a demonstration of the proposed vehicle.

WAV car was delivered on time and in excellent condition. Luke who delivered the vehicle was very helpful and took time to explain how the ramp / hoist and general car operating system worked but he didn’t have an insurance cover note to give me so I had to ring Direct Line who informed me one had been put in post which I should receive it within a week but in the meantime did provide me with the policy no and expiry date so I could drive the car straight away.

From the first call I made to Allied they could not do enof for me from helping me choose the right wav using there website and having them bring one to us to try. Des demonstrated how to use all wheelchair restraints and test drive. WAV was ordered and delivered on time and driver gave us refresher on how to use all features of wav. Would recommend this company to any one needing a wav.

Great experience. Local sales manager Monique was really excellent. Organised a demonstration very quickly and talked us through the process thoroughly. What a nice person. Vehicle delivered after only 10 days which was so helpful to us as we could no longer use our other car. Jack delivered our vehicle and talked us through how it all worked. He was very happy to answer questions and both he and Monique were very professional. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Finally, the day after delivery, they rang us to check we were happy with everything.

We are first of all very appreciative of this service . We are happy and our daughter is very excited to have a van that can take her around without getting wet or waiting for taxis that don’t show up on a Sunday morning for church

This company is brilliant for changing motability contracts at end of lease and supplying new vehichle to your front door. Excellent communication, patient, reliable, trustworthy, polite and considerate of all your needs. Would highly recommend, far better than dealership we worked with previously!

Was great to take delivery of the new car although I think the delivery driver was new and didn’t really know how to work electric boot and rump!

The company are the best around with the service they provide, everything they said would happen did punctuality, information up to date ,delivery, and service

We had excellent advice from Des on choosing the right WAV. The one we wanted turned out to be too low inside for my son, who is 6'2", so Des brought an alternative that fitted the bill. He also tipped us off about Motability grants, so we were able to get a brand new WAV instead of the nearly new we were thinking of. The car was delivered a week after we were told, due to sickness, that is the only reason for four stars. We are very happy with the Vauxhall Ventura.

I'm annoyed!
We go for a test drive, Powerchair, wheelchair & 4 adults. Everything's great.
We get the WAV, Powerchair, wheelchair & 3 adults, and it grounds itself on every speed hump and bump on the road.
I get a response from a review I left, that can't be justified, because AM haven't investigated it yet. AM just lost another star!!

From the moment I called Allied, I was treated with 5 star service. Listened to, and supported in finding the right vehicle for my son.
I was communicated with at each stage of the process, contacted at regular intervals for updates, delivery was way quicker than promised and done with expert advice and professionalism. Well done Allied.
