Over a month and no response...not the best customer service after they have your money. Thing is I want to buy something from them but apparently they are not interested…. Don’t they check e mails ? Or online enquiries? Asking for information but Trustpilot website won’t accept my answers …. All they have to do at Cab Direct is look up my name on their system and they will find me ……As of 19th April I sent the info they requested STILL NO RESPONSE. Absolute shocking customer support. I sent the information they wanted on the 10th April. Got a call from a chap in customer support, put through to parts . Was promised a return call from a female who would get prices…. That was on Monday 20th , this is now Thursday 23rd…. Still no response . What an absolute joke of an outfit .

Unfortunately the whole process with them was just terrible from start to finish, I attended a day at Manchester Airport where I could view the new Ford Maxi Cab electric taxi and after seeing the vehicle I placed an order and paid a deposit, I had a few questions over the vehicle in the coming weeks where my phone calls were not returned and every time I called I just got fobbed off, so basically they had my deposit and now they were just not interested in providing any kind of customer service, bearing in mind I had just placed an order for a vehicle costing over £70k, you think at the very least they would have the decency to return my calls and emails, sadly this was not the case. The next issue arose was when I received a parking ticket from Manchester Airport for the event day I had attended, where I was informed by Cab Direct that all charges for the car park where covered by them, I called them and was advised this would be sorted, I asked for evidence that this had been sorted but nothing ever came, 2 weeks later another letter came through the post where the charge had increased. I again called and I still have no evidence that this has been resolved. The day arrived for my brand-new vehicle to be delivered which was drove down from Glasgow to Manchester, 2 days after having it the vehicle had to go into Ford after several error messages had shown upon the computer, where I was informed the vehicle should not have been driven on its first drive that far, and the battery had been charged too quickly so it caused all these errors being recorded, also bearing in mind this is my livelihood so time off the road costs me money. There is also a tear in the fabric behind the back seat where my ramp is again not what you expect after spending £70k on a brand new vehicle, it arrived dirty inside and out, also the number plates do not have the green slip on to confirm it’s an electric vehicle, I informed all of the above to Cab Direct where I was told to send photos of the damage and what error codes had come up, I sent these all over in an email, and what a surprise no response has been received, no phone calls, no emails. To say I am disappointed in their lack of customer service and treatment of a client is an understatement, the whole experience with them has been shocking, I would not recommend their company to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Stay away from them.

Brilliant. Phoned up, had a vehicle in stock the one i wanted, got accepted in 20 minutes and signed everything over and the vehicle was at my home address the following week.

Bought a brand new toyota corolla from cab direct , within 19 months car had a problem (hybrid system malfunction) toyota deler could not find the problem. Tried to speak to cab direct few times . They just passing phone call different different departments everytime. I had a really bad time one week that time. They have no clue what are they doing! stay away from them..I never recommend my friends and colleagues. Big company but they are not registered with MOTOR OMBUDSMAN.

Hi orded a new Ford Terouno when deliverd it had some sort overspry to get resloved took me more then 6month. Serives from Anglea and Mitchell was really bad useless.Would not recommend to anyone to use this company.
