Only part of our delivery arrived today, apparently the second part is somewhere back at the depot!

The Gazebo is brilliant.
Recently had ut up in winds, and there was no issue. (I had used ground anchors)
I did have an issue with stitching on one side wall, which was replaced within 5 days
Immediate response from customer service and the replacement arrived promptly. All within 5 days.
Excellent customer service, I would say to you that you can buy these from numerous outlets and stores, but the customer experience direct from manufacturer is second to none.

Great service this is my 2nd gazebo had the other one 6 years it was just the roof and sides that had signs of wear and tear but just as cheap to order the full package again . Just recommended you to a friend so they are in the process of ordering one so that really says it’s all

Seems a solid construction with good quality components but the instructions were pretty useless and there seems to be no 'you tube' video of the basics. Fortunately we have neighbours who have a similar gazebo...
Delivery didn't arrive on the day it was meant to with no apology just a message the next day to say it was arriving then ...

Good quality product. Assembly was straightforward with two people. Also good that it comes with its own storage bag.

I am rating this gazebo 5 stars as the whole experience has been flawless! The gazebo is really sturdy & so easy to put up & down. We use it over our hot tub & it’s perfect!
It’s battled the storms, stayed pretty clean & does a great job.
I think it’s a bit warm at the moment for the sides on but we have used them in colder days & they zip on easily and don’t flap around. This is a really high quality gazebo & I recommend to everyone!

I ordered a replacement canopy for my existing 3 x 3 frame. (I’d accidentally torn the original canopy. Entirely my own fault.) It had been in continual use for 5 months each summer, and this would have been its 5th summer. I have been thrilled by the quality of my gazebo. It is positioned up against my patio door and is my garden room. My “Happy Place”.
The replacement was so easy to order online. I was kept informed about the order and it was quickly delivered exactly as they said it would be.
No difficulties whatsoever.

I couldn’t rate it higher. Information online was excellent, Sheila mans the help line, it arrived in two days as promised. It was easy to put up and it looks perfect. No problems whatsoever.

Quick delivery. Unfortunately one of the legs was damaged but when I called, a replacement was sent out straight away. Have had gazebo up in the garden for the past month and it is robust and looks great.

But not had time to change it yet the one on there now is over 3 years old and has stood up to all weathers ,I would 💯% recommend all seasons gazebos ,we got a black one this time
The one still on it was green but faded a little ,and that's the only reason we are going to change it to be aesthetically pleasing

Have had our Gazebo for 5years get it out every year from April till sept . had to replace the cover this year good service well pleased with new one changed colour this time

We bought 2 off 6m x 3m gazebos with gutters. This weekend they had their first real test when borrowed by friends for a party on top of a hill in the Yorkshire dales. They acted as sun shelters during the day. They needed to be very well weighted down to cope with wind gusts, but once adjusted that was fine. In the evening we moved them side by side to provide an outdoor viewing area for the England game. Suddenly a huge storm blew in; in minutes the gutter was installed and the sides went on. They were completely dry underneath, no rain penetrated the sides, and the gutter diverted the water brilliantly! One friend filled a pint glass with rain water from the gutter in about 30 seconds and the drank it!
There is now a waiting list to borrow them for parties!

Not the cheapest on the market by any means but a strong well constructed piece of kit with easy to fit side panels. Easy to assemble and disassemble. The canopy stays on the frame after the first assembly which makes subsequent assemblies much quicker. The guy ropes would benefit from having carabiners and tensioners.

Ordered a new roof cover as my frame is still good, arrived soon after and now looks great

had my original gazebo for 5 years, used it that much the canopy faded with the weather, bought a new canopy and upgraded it with sides, best move ever wish i had done that sooner, original frame still going strong, great company to deal with from start to finish. many thanks
