All Seasons Gazebos Avis 

I needed a shelter for my garden and trailer camper. And saw this one which is ideal for my needs and purchased it just the right size as well. I have not put it up yet as I am disabled and live alone. Thank you ever so much for an excellent service as well.

always get a great product and always fits. i’ve had the gazebo a while now and although the sides have long since perished, the frame is good and replacing the just the top is cheaper than buying a new complete gazebo as i only use it the garden for shade.

Informative help from members of staff. Very easy to sort out and order replacement parts.

Service is excellent. Product arrived in good condition and within a reasonable time. It was easy to erect with two people. I'm also very happy with the quality of our gazebo. We've had some very extreme varied weather and so far it has stood up to everything.

The item arrived in a terrible condition due to the delivery company but the customer service was excellent and a replacement was sent out straight away.
The gazebo and frame is excellent but the sides not worth going for at all I was not impressed with those especially as they where supposed to be the better quality ones.

Excellent piece of kit, everything ordered was correct and even though we didn’t do a dry run it was relatively easy to understand what needed to be done to assemble it

Very much recommended, this was my second order as i destroyed my old one during last 5 yrs and I learned that I shouldn’t leave it in autumn strong winds!
I chose different colour but I feel maybe the quality of material went a bit down otherwise all good

Great sides great quality can withstand the cumbrian weather

Bought a 4.5m x 3m gazebo online and tbh was a bit worried about the quality as could not see in person what it was like. But have to say the quality is excellent the structure very secure even when its windy. Quite easy to erect once you've done it a couple of times. Cannot fault the customer service absolutely spot on, we had a couple of tiny holes where the stitching had stretched, I emailed with pictures and within 15mins I received a reply with a tracking number for a new canvas which was on its way and arrived the next day. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and would reuse them again without hesitation. Well done guys 👏👏

We ordered our gazebo and it was delivered the next day - incredible service. Customer serice was brilliant. We found it easy to put up - even as two oldies! The quality is excellent compared to many I've seen and it feels sturdy and well constructed. A great product! Thanks.

I bought a 3m x 3m pop up gazebo as a replacement for a gazebo which had seen better days . I am so pleased I chose an "All Seasons" one . The quality was obvious as soon as it was unpacked . Following the instructions and it was very easy to put up and definitely needs 2 people. If I could give more than 5 stars I would ! Recommended if you are looking for Patio shade .

I bought a great product but when it comes to after-service there has been nothing. At the moment I have a frame sitting in the garden, absolutely useless and a set of side panels equally so. It appears that I cannot buy a new canopy at any price and my request to swop out my unused side panels for whatever colour spare canopy they might have was refused (I want Light Blue but Royal Blue was available at the time, not any more by the looks of it). Really, really bad after service. Fed up. If I have to buy a new gazebo I'm going elsewhere.

overpriced poor quality product even going for the heavy duty upgrade is pointless poor warranties that pretty much cover nothing, and dont even think about putting one up if theres the slightest chance of a bit of wind....warranty becomes nulified go and buy a cheap disposable one from tescos, as this companies become disposable anyway after a couple of uses

I’ve had 2 of the heavy duty gazebos so far a 3 x3 and 4.5 x 3 The 3 mtr had issues with a few frame struts snapping during putting in down on the 3rd use The replacements were very expensive I then ordered a larger gazebo with the lightweight sides They weren’t waterproof and had little microscopic holes in the fabric you could see through looking from the inside Had to then purchase the heavy duty sides which are far from heavy duty 1 eyelet in the middle of the 4.5 mtr sides which got ripped off over the weekend when a light gust of wind blew the oversized panels up like a balloon and ripped off the eyelet 2 eyelets on the short side also ripped off And the zip broke on the carry bag Rang customer service to be told the side panels have no warranty whatsoever And the bag also has no warranty Strikes me as nothing really has any warranty Which makes me believe they are confident in their own product I now have spent over 700 pounds on 2 gazebos which are warranty free They can’t even supply me with eyelets so I can pay to have them attached They can SELL me a new bag though Should have spent my money on a better quality product Thank you all seasons Or Rohan Or whatever the name is !!
They call themselves All seasons Yet using the gazebo in the slightest of a wind nulls the warranty

In their response they mention this As a heavy duty gazebo Are you actually supposed to take it down when a gust of wind comes The day mine got damaged most recently started off a sunny morning Was I then supposed to think “ best not put it up just incase of a gust of wind” Customer service agents I think are pre programmed to just say Sorry that’s not covered under warranty I have asked for a callback from someone higher up But I bet I don’t get one

Well I was promised a call back this morning And I’m sure you can guess No call back Spend your money elsewhere !!!!

So I never got my callback I had to ring them back But as I thought it was a total wast of time Looks like other people also don’t think the aftersales is any use either Looking around most other companies warranties are far better Even Argos gives a 2 year warranty on a 30 quid gazebo !!!

We bought a so called luxury parasol. It did the job except we couldn’t angle it for shade. Mechanism broke. Just a piece of string inside the parasol pole. Told the warranty is just 6 months. Many at B&Q have a 5 year warranty. 6 months is rubbish. Check how long it is on any product you buy.

They provide a decent product, but now I neec spare parts I find they no longer deliver to my area (mainland Scotland). So I have to throw away a gazebo for the sake of not being able to replace parts.

I would stay away from using this company if you need the item swiftly. Spent £209.00 on a next day delivery and repeated delays. I needed the item next day to ensure it was in situ the day after that, without any glitches.

Ordered Wednesday a.m, delivery stated next day. Thursday, email saying delay. I contacted them and they apologised and said it would definitely be there the next day (Friday). Delivery slot is 2:45pm to 3:45pm. No show by 9:20pm . It has completely ruined the outdoor party planned for my son. Fuming.

When I spoke to them, the lady at the company said that they are reliant on the delivery company meeting next day. Thats not true. As a Director of a legal firm. i know it is the companies responsibility to fulfil next day delivery, if that is what they offer!!! And that is what this product was purchased for. They should not offer this service if they can’t deliver it within terms.

Avoid. Too many companies say ‘next day’without actually achieving it.
