Purchased a Barbour waxed jacket from this company last week which arrived today and I am well pleased with it.
I chose this company as their price was very competitive. There was a company offering it marginally cheaper but reviews weren't great and Allweathers had good reviews which they deserve.

Excellent 5***** service all round from Allweather. Ordering was easy and the Barbour Hereford jacket was sent the next day and I was kept informed about the fast delivery. It was a surprise present for my husband’s birthday. He was so thrilled. It fitted him perfectly, it looked fabulous on and it really is a beautiful jacket. I bought a jacket from Allweathers, sadly it was too big and they didn’t have it in a smaller size. I returned the jacket by post the next day. Within 48 hours, I got an email to say a refund had been done back to my card. I was amazed how quickly everything was completed. Great customer service Allweathers and thanks for making the whole process so easy.

If you are wondering why this company has hundreds of 5 star reviews-- I found a thing a few pounds cheaper here than anywhere else. Put in a order just before christmas and realised I'd made an error in the shipping. Sent a frantic email. 5 minutes later I had a PHONE CALL from a HUMAN who instantly sorted my issue and assured me it would arrive before christmas, which it has! Amazing service, will definitely use for all my weather related purchases, and I live in Scotland so that is a lot.

This was a first and surely not last for me with this company. I processed an online order and was specific with what regarded my purchase, therefore additionally followed-up with an insightful email. They respectfully addressed my point and made sure to keep me in the loop whilst the item that they had in stock to fulfill my order was the last one and not satisfactory according to what I had requested. In the meantime they emailed and also phoned me to explain and that they were expecting new stock soon and whether I was willing to hang on. I agreed and thankfully new stock arrived within the following two days which they then straight away processed my order…again with a phone call update.
