Bought as a Christmas present for my son, looks good.
Initially I was sent the wrong size. However, after making them aware of the issue, their response was extremely prompt and they offered to send me the correct size right away. Very satisfied with their customer service!

I ordered two items of clothing for my son on the Friday and they arrived Monday morning, so an excellent delivery service. The packaging was neat and tidy and the clothing items themselves were of excellent quality. I would recommend others to use this company based on my positive experience.

Ordered the same sweatshirt in two sizes. Returned the one that didn’t fit . Return was acknowledged but still waiting for the refund a month later. Contact phone numbers go straight to voicemail and emails are ignored. Wondering what the next step should be? Trading standards? Small claims court?
Update - apology received, delay caused by staff shortages and refund now received.

I purchased 4 items a few months ago. They arrived inside a normal amount of time, quality was good however two items were small for me. I returned them quickly to get the size up, but Seb (founder) informed me they were out of stock & not expecting any more in. I was asked if I wanted to change for different items, but I didn’t see anything else & so explained my preference to get a refund. It has been 6 weeks now since my return was acknowledged, however I’ve been ignored for periods of time & told that their warehouse is struggling and to be patient to get my refund. 6 weeks seems plenty of time to process this however & it now seems like they are unable / unwilling to provide a refund

The website is well presented and easy to use.
The products themselves - I currently own two sweatshirts and a hoodie from here, and will be buying a jacket soon.
They are of real quality (in terms of material and the colours holding well to washing) and in my opinion, great design.
Packaging also has a nice premium feel to it. Highly recommend these guys.

Customer service is appalling. Spent weeks trying to chase up a return receiving vague excuses and then eventually being ignored. Eventually received a refund 46 days after receiving confirmation they had received my return.
Really happy with the delivery of this product. Even though it was send internationally, all the tracking updates were accurate and no issues were had.
No problems with the product itself either, it was exactly as expected.
