The best retro style clothing brand
Been buying Alma items for almost a year now and never had a bad experience before. Love the retro style and designs and the sizes are always perfect (even large when I usually wear Medium). Quick and simple layout and always arrived within 2 days. Brilliant team who have even gone lengths to give out special discounts on occasions too.

Total shambles
The fit was awful, I ordered a medium and it looked like an XL.
Very baggy around the waist and back.
Asked for free returns and they said I had to pay.
They then didn’t refund me for 16 days after receiving and emailing them 3 times. To which I got a rude response.

Great all round
Good website, good clothes, arrived the following day and great customer service. I forgot to input my discount code at checkout and paid full price, when I spoke to customer services they immediately refunded the 10% discount. Will buy from again at next release

Waiting for a refund for 5 months
I have been waiting for a refund for 5 months from Alma de Ace, I got an email confirming my refund but the funds have not shown in my account and I am now being ignored.

Took Money from account but never arrived
Ordered 3 months ago and never received confirmation of order but money was been taken from my account. Made several attempts to contact through the website so ask for an update but never received any update at all. £40.00 taken and no response at all.
Would avoid.

Please email us at enquiries@almadeace.com with your order number and we will happily look into this and offer a refund if you have not been issued. We were closed for a period of time due to Covid which meant our emails may have been lost then.

We are very sorry about that. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse it goes through Royal Mail which is out our control on the timings of delivery. They must have been busy hence the delay on your order. Hope that helps. Alma de Ace
