Always difficult for a dementia patient to get used to anything new, but this simplifies the controls as much as possible.

Recently bought the flipper tv remote for my elderly mother, I had some questions to ask prior to purchase which were answered straight away.
received with 2 days of ordering and rang when setting up as had a query which was resolved straight away.

Looking for things to help my ageing mother with dementia, fab stuff on here. I bought the photo phone, the door sensor, and a purring kitten. Everything is perfect, just what I wanted. The items arrived very speedily and beautifully packaged, also I could track the the parcel if needs be. I will definitely be using this site in the future, thank you to all concerned.

The one button I bought for my father arrived promptly. The instructions were clear, the radio was easy to set up and my father has enjoyed using it.

Not sure yet if it will work for my mum who has dementia, early days as she has to get used to it, but if not it won't be due lack of help from alzproducts!

I went on the net to look for a replacement cat as the one I got a few years ago 'died'. After checking several sites, I picked AlzProducts as they sounded the best and so I ordered the cat. No problems with that, they kept me updated with the order and the tracking. I have my cat and it arrived in perfect condition with its papers. Hey if you are wanting something, go for it with them, they are damn great :-)

The remote control is a good size with clear buttons and it is easy to use. It does what it says on the tin.

Ordered a date/day/time clock and we are very pleased with it. Perfect for elderly person who was becoming confused, and the order was fulfilled immediately and with all the info we needed re delivery.

I bought this for mother who has dementia and was always pressing the wrong buttons on her old remote. This is a very good remote for her to use and is getting on with it brilliantly. Very easy to set up. Thank you this has made my life much easier as I don't keep getting phone calls now telling me her TV has gone 'wrong'.

Mum was really struggling to understand what part of the day it was, getting up in the night thinking it was breakfast time although she could tell the time on the clock but it didn't mean anything to her. She is so much more relaxed now she is sure what day it is & what she should be doing when the 'Magic Clock' says whether it is morning or afternoon etc. The Care Home were so impressed they are intending to purchase some for the dining room/lounge as they had never heard of them. Thank you so much for giving Mum peace of mind, the service was amazing!!

I needed to exchange a TV remote control. Royal Mail tried to deliver the first one I ordered but it hadn't been collected, I didn't realise till I chased it up myself. Poor dad was struggling with his old remote so I ordered one from elsewhere. Arrived the next day. Still haven't received the exchange. Didn't work out so well unfortunately.

We ordered the clock and socket cover and these products are brilliant, Mum loves her clock. However, I paid extra £23 for a before 9.30am delivery which arrived late. Not happy.
