Professional and lets the customer know they are important to AMUR!
It was a pleasure to work with Johnel Reber, Customer Care Specialist regarding numerous emails and calls in one day stating, payment not made, when it was. There were a few additional issues the customer care specialist did not address (not Johnel) regarding not documenting the correct routing and checking account # which caused my payment to be returned,
Johnel called me and apologized and promptly addressed the issues! She is professional and very caring about the customer! Thank you for Johnel and she is sincerely an asset to AMUR!!
