We have used Apogee for a number of years now and would highly recommend. The company, particularly John Crossan, have went beyond our expectations with service. We run 2 busy care homes and the equipment provided is of a very high standard, which takes any hassle away from our staff. Apogee are always on hand to help with any issues.

Norman John was courteous and professional throughout his visit. He was mindful that this is a secure environment and acted in accordance with our rules and procedures. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and made sure I tested the printer before he left. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service he delivered.

Our contact at Apogee is AJ Burton. We found AJ to be very knowledgeable, he was able to answer many of questions straight away. If he did not know the answer he would find out and come back to us immediately. We initially we looking to buy a replacement printer/photocopier, but as a result of the excellent service he provided we purchased an A0 plotter as well. My main contact with Apogee is Andy Hinchliff and over the past few years we have been working together i have found him very professional, and always there to help resolve any issues we have.
Since implementing the managed printers within our dealerships, he has assisted us in reviewing current usage and recommending where necessary alternate options to both save us money and also improve our overall experience. I would gladly recommend Andy to anyone who has similar issues as we had, in the knowledge he would also improve there printing issues. In all my years within the IT arena, it is always the printer that cause problems and to have this removed is a burden lifted.

In 25 years of managing IT departments and small busineses, I've never expereinced such troublefree printers as the current suite of HP printers supplied & managed by Apogee. On the odd ocasion something does go wrong, their service department takes care of it in short order.
This has all been backed-up by great service from Andy.H in the Leeds office

Our plotter has arrived today & works perfectly. Operatives were quick and efficient and fitted the plotter with no issues. Technician explained how to use the plotter in simple terms which was very helpful.
Big shout out to Andy Hinchliff our account manager, who has kept in touch with us throughout the whole process from order to delivery, kept us updated, is friendly & a reliable source for any queries, questions or concerns. We hit a stumbling block with regards to delivery with our plotter but Andy indeed applied pressure to this as a priority and the matter was resolved.

I phoned one day last week and was meet with a lovely lady on the phone, who sorted my repair straight away and when the engineer came out (Thomas Young) he was extremely pleasant, polite and professional. he allowed me to carry on with my work while also fixing my issue

Where to start, I had been a customer of Apogee for a long time, they took over a local company and in the industry the usual rumbles were prevalent, however the first contract went well, therefore I signed up for a 5 year deal, shortly after signing the Account Manager (CR) left, the information supplied to me to gain my business was completely different to what Apogee would agree too (luckily I keep ALL email correspondence emails), consequently the relationship was strained and I was pleased the contract was coming to an end and went back to the market, then a new Account Manager contacted me with promises of this and that, yes I was sceptical, and very apprehensive however ANDY HINCHCLIFFE reassured me that the past was the past and lets start again. Teams and meeting took place, my emails were answered, I can honestly say that Andy is professional, a great communicator, doesn't talk **** and consequently I signed another 5 year deal, any issues that have cropped up Andy has dealt with efficiently and effectively. Andy is down to earth, knows his products, a friendly guy, to be honest a breath of fresh air for a Sales man. I can see us continuing our relationship for a while to come. Thanks Andy :-)

Apogee Corporation have been our preferred partner for our Managed Print Contract for in excess of 600 devices on multiple sites for a period exceeding seven years. These devices provide printing, copying and scanning for a number of corporate, clinical and high profile and important areas within our Trust.
We have enjoyed working with Apogee Corporation to form a collaborative response to call outs (in conjunction with our IT Helpdesk) and have achieved good adherence to the Service level Agreement put in place.
They are highly organised and responsive. We would particularly call out the assignment of their very dedicated Customer Success Manager, Angelique Claro, and our Apogee On-Site Engineer, Les Dalgarno, which has made a definite difference to our relationship. Their engineers are first rate, know our sites well and are responsive to our calls. They care about the service provided to our users.
We would certainly consider the extension of this contract with Apogee for these positive reasons, accurate reporting of print volumes and regular service review meetings and assistance from the on-site engineering teams. They always seek to improve on the processes involved in running this service for a large organisation such as ours, so we have no hesitation in recommending them to potential organisations.
