Norman was great always coming to fix our printers and give us extra supply when we are lacking. When he spots a problem even though it is something he initially came for he will back come and do it

It was a pleasure to deal with our account manager John Crossan who was extremely helpful when sourcing a new device to meet our printing requirements.
We have not had any issues with the device since installation however John has dealt with any queries we have had promptly and efficiently.

John was great, from the minute he came into the office to quote for new copiers. Initially we have started small, with just one copier in one office, however we have another 3 offices that we hope to extend our contract to when their current contracts come up for renewal. John answered any queries I had quickly and efficiently.

Apogee have supplied our printers for over 12 years now at SouthSide and we have been happy with the quality and service. If any issues arise they are promptly sorted out and updated with engineer visit. John Crossan always very helpful with advice. We recently bought an additional machine to replace an older machine and was expertly installed by polite team and very helpful and explained to team how to use.

We have 3 offices all serviced with Apogees all in one devices. The devices just seem to work and we very rarely have any issues. When we do need to contact Apogee they are helpful and manage to sort out any issues we have within a short space of time. John Crossan who is our Account Manager is always available and willing to help and advise at any time.

At my current workplace, we have a managed printer service contract in place with HP Apogee, and the level of service we've experienced from start to finish has been consistently exceptional. Working within the NHS exposes us to various third-party service providers, but unfortunately, many fall short in terms of managed services and responsiveness to issues. In contrast, HP Apogee truly stands out. Our dedicated onsite engineer, Robert Burchfield, consistently exceeds expectations, demonstrating a commitment that goes beyond the standard call of duty. He ensures that every matter is handled professionally and promptly, taking the initiative to escalate issues requiring onsite IT support and collaborating with the IT team to address concerns, rather than simply instructing the client to contact IT separately. Robert is consistently approachable when assistance is needed, and he demonstrates a deep understanding of the critical pressures faced by the hospital.
Furthermore, our customer success manager, Angelique Claro, consistently goes the extra mile to resolve any contract-related issues. Her approach is not only effective but also highly personable, fostering a positive working relationship.

We have recently had our new HP printers installed, wow they are AMAZING.. the speed, functions and time saved within our department having these makes a very busy office life easier. We have worked with John Crossan our advisor for a good few years now and would not go past his professional expertise, advice and outstanding customer service.
The attention to detail from the day of choosing the devices, the guidance, demonstrations, installation and patience shown ran smoothly due to John all at Apogee.
The continuous contact and support from them all is greatly appreciated!

Our printer jammed with paper yesterday. I called Matt Wadler (Engineer number 2030) who despite being incredibly busy himself, was able to come over to the office (probably within an hour or so of my call) and he was able to fix it for us. Matt has always been extremely helpful whenever we have needed him to fit a new printer into the office or move existing printers whenever we have had office moves or track work that has been sent to be printed. He provides an excellent and efficient service for the Trust and we are really grateful for his help whenever we have needed to call him. Thank you Matt.

John Crossan contacted myself to introduce himself as the Account Manager. He then came to the house and discussed all options for a new printer. This was explained in a clear and professional manner. I was able to speak with John on the telephone and through email if I required clarification on the forms I had to complete before the new printer was installed.
