Speedy customer service
They have a very responsive customer service.
I ordered a handwash that has at some point been updated, but kept the same model number. They had the old picture on their website. I emailed them as soon as I opened the box and realised it was not the same as the picture on their website, and I received a reply the morning after. They apologised about the picture that was supplied to them by the manufacturer, corrected the picture and sent me instructions for generating the returns label. No further questions, and no arguing. This gives me confidence in purchasing products from them on the future.
