Was listened too and advised correctly.
Buying the correct mattress can be a minefield.
Stuart was very knowledgeable about the products, listened to my concerns and answered them politely and precisely. Did not feel pressurised into buying any product. This was an enjoyable experience.

Two Mattresses and Two Satisfied Customers at Archers
Just back from Archers in Great Western Road, Glasgow. We had talked about going there for months to buy two single mattresses. We finally got round to it today. We were greeted by Graham as soon as we entered the shop. He was great. Once we explained what we wanted he showed us possible matresses. His explanations about different qualities in mattresses etc were excellent. He answered all our questions clearly and helpfully. Once we had decided on our purchases, he dealt with the order formalities well making sure we understood exactly what was being charged, payment options, delivery times, old mattress disposal terms and the 60 Night Comfort Guarantee. Graham ensured we left Archers two very satisfied customers.

Decent experience just a long wait time on the mattress first we were told 6 weeks then when we paid deposit we’re told it could be 6/8 weeks didn’t appreciate that

I visited the Livingston showroom twice, the second time to make the purchase. On both occasions the staff who assisted me - Jordan and then Alan -were helpful and courteous. I have yet to buy a mattress but when I do, I’ll go to Archer’s first.

Fabulous Service
Went along to view and purchase bed at Cumbernauld show room. Salesman Steven Frew was brilliant, so helpful and very patient. We had Steven walk all over show room on numerous occasion to view various beds and mattresses to allow us to decide. Nothing was a problem for him and he done this with a big smile on his face. He was so helpful and knowledgable and allowed us to pick the perfect bed and mattress. Can’t wait for our delivery ❤️

Excellent service, friendly, helpful and not at all pushy
We went into your Hillington Branch, to look at Riser/Recliner chairs, Graham Frew your sales man was very helpful and knowledgable about the chairs you had available. He spoke to us about the different types of chairs how they worked and what they did, then left us to look at them sit on them and test the 2 I choose, to see the difference. At no point did he push hard to get a sale which we appreciated. I would advise any friends who asked to go to your store and ask for his help. In the end I purchased the seat that suited my needed and look forward to it being delivered
