Knowledgeable friendly salesperson
There was no pushy salesperson. I knew what I was looking for and the person I spoke to knew all the details of the bed I wanted. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was happy with everything. He showed me all the various colours and styles of headboard etc. he went above and beyond, was pleasant and chatty and made me feel at ease throughout.

Had a good experience at the Uddingston branch, Dennis was very helpful and knowledgeable, arranging delivery did take a little longer than expected, but on the day itself all was good, a pleasant delivery crew, and the product itself has been great so far. 5 stars!

Very helpful
Very helpful. The assistant was very helpful and even recognised us from 2 years ago when we bought the bed. He was polite and it was useful to have us on record to check the bed size . The discount was also very nice. The mattress protector isn't cheap, but it is good quality and works well.
