Dealt with Mark, extremely helpful & talked us through the different types of mattress & pillows to support our requirements. Very knowledgeable, no hard sale. Even emailed us back telling us who they use to 'dress' the beds so we can achieve the same look at home. Would recommend.

Went into clydebank store where staff…
Went into clydebank store where staff member stuart asked if we needed any help which he did,he helped us in deciding which beds to pick and explained everthing,previously been to the store before where is was stuart that served us he is good at his job and explains everything in detail,so thankyou stuart.

Having been on Archers website we…
Having been on Archers website we visited the showroom in uddingston.
What felt overly complicated in choosing the beds components online were simplified in store . We were helped in our decision by Dennis who was friendly and welcoming and explained mattress/base difference etc . Making our bed purchase pain free.

Campbell was an absolute delight to deal with. Nothing was too much. He was so patient and definitely knew his stuff. I bought both bed and mattress because I felt safe with his guidance. There was no pushing the sale . A credit to the store

The helpfulness of the assistant Brenda…
The helpfulness of the assistant Brenda Milne, at your Gt Western Rd branch is the reason I made a purchase. I told her what I was looking for, I had a look about and was about to leave when she steered me towards the Clearance section on line. She had looked out a likely bedframe for me, showed me a couple , and as a result, I bought one and a mattress as well.
She was on the ball, helpful and had a good manner with me.
Today, I went back to arrange the disposal of my current bed and the male assistant was extremely efficient and helpful.
