The helpfulness of the assistant Brenda…
The helpfulness of the assistant Brenda Milne, at your Gt Western Rd branch is the reason I made a purchase. I told her what I was looking for, I had a look about and was about to leave when she steered me towards the Clearance section on line. She had looked out a likely bedframe for me, showed me a couple , and as a result, I bought one and a mattress as well.
She was on the ball, helpful and had a good manner with me.
Today, I went back to arrange the disposal of my current bed and the male assistant was extremely efficient and helpful.

Stuart was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did not rush us when we were into purchase a mattress for our sons bed. He showed us several quality matresses. Went through the details of all. Very friendly. Great selection of beds and matresses at various prices.

Excellent help and advice given
No pushy salesperson just honest advice and help. Having shopped around Archers offered us exactly what was required within our budget. Quality of bed was excellent and delivery so smooth and efficient making the whole experience a joy!

Sales good aftercare questionable
Bought Ella dance adjustable bed from archers can’t fault cairns in the Uddingston store very helpful but their after sale care is deplorable less than a month old the bed frame snapped reported it to archers sent pictures also 3 phone calls and a week later still no replacement we are having to sleep on the floor because of this problem as I say showroom team perfect aftercare not good

I was looking for an adjustable bed for…
I was looking for an adjustable bed for my father and Graham was so helpful he explained everything about the bed I was interested in and explained how the controls worked, he also told me that there was a choice of colour which I was not aware of, I thought it was only the colour in the brochure that was available, he was well mannered and I am extremely happy with the interaction I had with Graham, the bed is now eagerly awaited by my father.

We had a very positive experience choosing new bed at archer's. The manager Andrew gave us all the time we needed to make decisions and try out all the beds. He knew everything about beds, headboards, mattresses, drawers, different colours and designs.

My wife and my were greated by the salesman on arrival.We were looking for a mattress.The salesman let us try some mattress and the salesman guided us through the pros and cons of all types of mattress.The salesman made our choice of mattress very easy.Great experience at this store thanks to this salesman

Knowledgeable and Helpful Staff
The staff were knowledgeable and really helpful. The salesman actually remembered us from a previous visit and politely corrected a misunderstanding we had which almost had us buying an unsuitable mattress. Would recommend

Pleasant experience
I was pleasantly surprised about the overall experience buying a bed for my son. Archers was the only store where we could buy an extra long small double for reasonable money. Frame/headboard and mattress selection was good. Came into the store on multiple occasions and always was made welcome. Jason was very pleasant and made the experience of buying a bed for a teenager very easy - my son was the customer not me. Delivery and assembly went well. Would recommend!
