Arnotts Avis 

I had a serious problem with a very expensive coffee machine and between customer service and the floor manager Frank aided by trusted staff, Conor my machine was replaced. I really appreciated their listening and acting fast on my behalf before Christmas thus enabling me to purchase a new one. Thanks a lot, L.T.

Had a minor issue with 2 missing markers from a child’s colouring & craft set for Christmas and contacted the customer service team. They pulled out all the stops. Several phone calls and a few photos later David from Arnotts organized replacement markers and a free packet of markers. All posted to my home address in Carlow. Super service from the team and David in particular. Thankyou all !!

I placed an order on the 18th Dec, and was told the idea will be delivered before Xmas, over 24 hours later I was told that my order was canceled and that I can have free shipping on my next order - when you generally get free shipping with them anyway. Its just not on to allow people to order items and then have them canceled, especially during this window where losing days means it is impossible to find a replacement supplier...

I had a really quick and efficient service from David at Arnotts. My product i had ordered was running late and he said he would check it's status and he kept me informed and got the product to me. It was just brilliant to be able to connect directly with someone as opposed to an anonymous bot ! Well done Arnotts.

5 star customer service. Issue resolved in minutes. Verry Happy. Will buy again 🙂

Lucie was really helpful, efficient and friendly. The resolution she offered was perfectly proportionate for the fault with the boots that I purchased. Lucie was really pleasant to deal with and made the interaction with Arnotts customer care a very pleasant one!

I ordered some fragile goods for Christmas gifts online for home delivery as I’m unable to drive atm due to surgery. When the package arrived it was huge and my postman helped bring it into the house (great delivery partnership). I had huge anxiety that something would be broken but when I opened the box it was entirely well packed. Everything individually protected and no space for the gifts to fall around or clash off each other. It’s such a relief and I’m grateful for the hard work the staff put in to make sure these items arrived safely, efficiently and in good time for Christmas. Thanks everyone at Arnotts, your customer service is enormously appreciated.

Most frustrating customer service I have come across in a long time !! I ordered a product a week ago. I got a mail with someone else's name and card details on it saying "working on your order"
The online webchat doesn't work ( I have tried on several devices) so I tried Whatsapp - no reply. Phone landline asks you to leave a message and e mail reply wait time is 5 days. Oddly despite quoting the wrong card details on the order mail there is a charge pending on my card and the bank advise this is on hold with Arnotts. I could have purchased this cheaper elsewhere but decided to support an Irish Store. Never again. No order no answer and my money on hold. I would give no stars if I could. Arnotts seem to be trading on their name as being top class but do not deliver - literally.

Awful Online Service. Ordered Boots Online. Delivered to another town. Person got my personal phone number and contacted me to let me know. Nobody answering my email or telephone query.

Tha supoort from the CS team was excellent. I had to return a shipment which was sent to the wrong location. The issue was proactively explored and resolved for me in a professional and timely manner.

Online shopping experience very poor. I ordered items and days later they were cancelled because they were out of stock. Very slow delivery of other items and no tracking available for days after order made. It’s a shame because they used to be really efficient.

I recently purchased a television from MBE. The person I dealt with was James. I had a number of questions about the television, dimensions, inner workings and so on. James was so patient and tirelessly answered every single query with good humour and genuine engagement with me as a customer of your shop. I really appreciated how kind he was. I needed the help and I wanted to feel that I was getting the best television for me - I cannot thank him enough. There is no doubt that James is directly responsible for my buying the item on that day. He is a credit to Arnotts and to Michael Briscoe Electrix.

Visited the store in Dublin and had a wonderful experience with a retail assistant named Sarah working in the homeware basement. Went above and beyond what would be expected of her in getting a full kitchen set sorted for my Mother. Even rang another branch to check stock when an item wasn’t in store.

Customer service like that during a stressful and busy shopping period is hard to come by, not to mention while training new staff in. Credit to the brand and deserves to be shouted out!
