I ordered 2 wax pots from this company…
I ordered 2 wax pots from this company online, they where smaller then expected, so I went to return products to Oldbury, they told me you didn't order from our store and they didn't help me. I then went to the Birmingham store just before 5pm, and they didn't return my money and gave me a credit note instead, very poor customer service, they where more interested in closing the store and wanted to go home. My very first experience with this company and its not been great. I feel like they stole my money.

I always gets a happy, friendly voice on the end of the phone. They are always happy to help and are pleasant. Delivery has never been late. It's easy to order online too and a great way to appreciate the VAT free days.

Helpful when something isn’t quite right or something may be missing in order they always sort the situation out quickly.

Overall not great service online.
Overall not great service. I had items that weren't in stock, my order went to a store 50 miles away.. they contacted me. When I contacted them, I was ignored and no one tried resolve regards my order issues. The ordering online, kept telling me items were out of stock when they weren't. Website very slow.
