Aston & Fincher Avis 

Used this company In Manchester for years no problem. After last lockdown they closed. So we now order online or though Birmingham or rep. The worse service ever takes weeks to arrive. The last order was around 4 weeks ago still not here sent a message to say post to my home address as waited that long we are now in lockdown again. Still nothing emailed and text rep nothing. Please don’t order if you need a reliable company it’s not this one. During lockdown no contact like other companies to just keep you in the loop.

Order my items but then I was sceptical because I didn't check the negative reviews till after I ordered. But everything has gone smoothly and I'm really happy with the transaction, I ordered on Saterday and it arrived with tracking on Tuesday, super quick as I thought it would take longer. My products are also packaged well.

Received an email stating it was VAT free weekend. Couldn’t get into the Aston Birmingham store so thought I would order online although I had not done this before and wish I had read the reviews before I had.
Although I didn’t need anything I thought I would stock up on a few items.
After waiting 11 days to receive the small online order one item was substituted with a much smaller size product.
With no explanation why I emailed them only to be told that the full size is complete out of stock. So I asked why I was able to order and pay for an item that was out of stock and why it was still showing as in stock to purchase on the website?
Didn’t get a explanation ...they’ve arrange to collect the item next day shame they can’t send the orders out that soon.
Won’t be using the online order system again I’ll just stick to my usual trade suppliers far better and quicker service and they match Aston & Finchers vat free day prices...
Don’t know what’s going on with Aston & Fincher but they need to resolve these issues to remain competitive with there rivals otherwise it’s not going to end well.

Rubbish business terrible customer service spend £50 online for them to email me 5 days later stating every single item I bought was out of stock which is a job not to offer any alternative nothing then I find out there still in stock on there website for a higher price will never shop here again as it’s run poorly with no customer service

rude. i told her i couldn’t wear a mask bc of medical conditions and she told me to get out. she also said that she wasn’t wearing a mask due to her working in a bubble, but yet she was still close, just bc you’re working in a bubble i can’t catch it? no. you should still be wearing one as a worker if you’re telling me i should wear one!
we had been in the shop for around 10 minutes and she came over to us and said “erm you should be wearing a mask in here” quite rudely as well.
ALSO, if we NEED to wear a mask in the store then why have you not got someone on the door telling us that we should. bc if there’s no one there then we’re gonna walk straight in aren’t we, yes you have a sign but people don’t read them. think about it before you rudely speak to us.

Placed an order recently items arrived some seemed very old stock , massage oils had a very “stale” fragrance almost off for want of a better description
I spent £50 + before tax and the website clearly states free delivery with this amount of spend however when I queried it was informed via emai “ that’s now gone up to $60 , how strange that they work in dollars not ££ .... ! Or perhaps they just couldn’t find the £ key who knows ...
I responded Attaching a screen shot stating free delivery with 50 POUNDS
spend ..... however no reply
Really unprofessional wouldn’t order again or advise anyone else to
There’s much better wholesalers in the area ....

Awful service, bought some items online and never reviewed the item. Im chasing for my 2k order. There has been no communication about my order or tracking number. Ive messaged them numerously; but no response.
I will near buy from them again as this is not on when you are running a business.

I asked for a 4 Nitrile gloves and they sent vinly gloves and charge me as a Nitrile one nearly £ expensive for a box.Very poor online services.! Not happy at all

Nothing is ever to much trouble

Been going into the beauty and hair wearhouse for many years it’s always pleasure to visit everyone is always very helpful Denise it’s amazing always there to help whenever you need her even tho she’s very busy always makes time for everyone! She’s always making me feel At home and that you can’t get anywhere else nothing is ever too much trouble I can’t recommend this store enough. Keep it up Denise and team love you all

I came into the Birmingham store today and I have been purchasing my stock from there for last 10 years. I went to return a faulty wax pot and they refused to give me a refund, or exchange it. There were two women who were very rude, including the Manager. I would not recommend them anymore, I would recommend Professional Choice Beauty Suppliers instead.

Great supplier and great products. They helped me with olaplex when I needed a new treatment for my salon and it has been a great success with the clients. The rep and the shop staff know what they are talking about. I have shopped there for 9 years and it is always very well stocked. Charles

I have been a mobile hairdresser for 23 years and ended up ordering the bleach I wanted from the USA so this company lost a sale / future business as it is not clear how to order on their website or how to get an account.

Aston and fincher are so up themselves its painful , despite the fact I have 40 years experience as an established hairdresser and work in the celebrity media field with a website that clearly shows this ! working on advertising projects with L’Oréal they refused to sell me hair products stating I need to show them public liability insurance !! Have never been asked for this not even by the leading brands and huge company’s and clients I work with (it is not a legal requirement) I was hoping to find a wholesaler to help me fit 2 salons I am having fitted but the way they dealt with me was just a disgrace and they were totally dismissive!!! I am now working with another wholesale hair product supplier and they have my 60k salon fit

Ashton and fincher online is absolutely fantastic, I use them all the time and have never been let down. Ashton and fincher wholesalers in Cardiff is awful. The staff (including the manager) haven’t a clue. They are rude, dismissive and don’t know anything about the brands or products they sell including Ashton and fincher endorsed products. Save yourself time and order online do not go to the Cardiff store.
