We visited the chesterfield development site as this site is of interest to us, we received a friendly welcome from Tashana and Louise with lots of information given and a look around the show home, we then went to the other sites in our area to see the houses of interest and also received brilliant friendly service and advice from Sarah and Kornelija. It was lovely to see show homes so beautifully presented.

We’ve just reserved our new home at Smithy Wood, and the whole experience has been brilliant thanks to Laura. She’s been patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Every question was answered clearly, every step explained, and nothing ever felt rushed or pressured.
Her friendly, professional approach has made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and straightforward. We genuinely felt supported throughout.

Ruby & Kornelija, were very welcoming to us both, no question was too much. Very insightful and were quick respond via phone call or emails. They had made this buying process very simple, and stress free for 2 first time buyers.

Warm welcome from the staff who were very knowledgeable. Great houses well finished.
Only downside was the site at Odette's Point Keighley was far too hilly for us so fell down on location.

Shoddy. We have lived in our avant home 6 years. In that time, the front door went faulty within a year, all appliances had to be replaced within a year, toilet parts all replaced, sink and tap in kitchen replaced, bath tap replaced, and then our bathroom lights started flickering. We call an electrician who says they may avant have fitted lights in the bathroom that are unsafe and don’t meet building regs. It’s going to cost us £600 to put it right, and avant claim they are safe and deny responsibility, even though their is potential our home is a potential ticking time bomb! Absolute sharks! Wish we had never bought their home!!

Unbelievable brilliant service in everyway thinkable. So very helpful and very pleasant it was a shear delight to be in there company. The quality build a specifications was a real eye opener. My sincere thanks to a lovely team...Ruby...Korneliya...Julia of Seely Fields.

honeyman park is a brilliant housing estate and i recommend anyone who wants to buy a house to get one from Avant homes. 10/10 service, houses here are amazing. The marketing suite woman who me and my wife spoke to Faiza was very polite when talking us. very kind woman doing great at her job 👏

Louise and Tashana were extremely kind and patient with us. As first time buyers we weren’t sure how the house buying process worked or what we liked. Louise took the time to sit down and explain everything, answering all our silly questions. Even though we didn’t end up going for a property, we hope we will be back and know that Louise and Tashana will look after us.

Ruby and Kornelija were both lovely and very welcoming. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable about the site, builds on offer and the local area. All my questions, worries and queries were addressed in a very professional manner and I left the office feeling very positive about the plot I had chosen

Chloe Preston, the sales representive on site is wonderful. She is a good listeners, patient, thorough, very helpful and above all respectful With her there is no delay, if for any reason she need to contact the management or head office within a short time you have answers. She is just a nice lady.

As a first time buyer, i wanted more knowledge and information on new builds. Ruby and Kornelija at seely fields were on point, never pressured me into anything and gave me the information i much needed. I am now on the journey of buying my new home with continued support from Ruby if i need any advice she’s always happy to help.

We’ve just had our home demonstration with Keiran Wilmott and Matt Poole. Our whole experience throughout the buying process so far has been amazing, and this was yet another example of brilliant customer care. It's been a year since we moved to Greensward Point, Easingwold. Our experience has been a very positive one due mainly to the Regional Sales Advisor Abbie Pinkney who went over and beyond to ensure the move and occupancy passed smoothly and without any glitches. In fact, the entire site team here were excellent throughout until the time came for them to be relocated. However, I would like to commend Abbie for her outstanding customer focus throughout. As with any new build, there will be snags and occasional issues, but she handled them with complete professionalism and we always felt we were in competent hands for the duration of time she was on site.

I’ve got a proper appointment but the sales person is in a rush to attend her meeting and we didn’t expect such kind of customer service.It was not up

Julia at Lawrence Point development that we dealt with when viewing and reserving our new build home was amazing from start to finish. Her customer service skills are second to none. Even when we made our first enquiries over the phone she was so friendly, helpful and informative. We had previously dealt with other new build developers and had a not so great experience. Avant homes won for us because not just their homes are affordable and excellent quality but the overall experience especially when dealing with the lovely Julia made Avant homes number 1 for us. I had a fantastic experience with Andrew and Rory, the site managers at Darach Fields. They were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do, which made all the difference. Andrew was my main contact, and he has been incredibly helpful and supportive from the start — nothing was ever too much trouble.

Buying a home is such a big milestone, and Andrew and Rory’s patience, knowledge and professionalism made it feel even more special and far less stressful. I feel very fortunate to have had such lovely people as my team. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much!
