Lily, another great agent
Spoke with Lily who was great and answered my query straight away no putting me on hold. All my interactions with Avantigas staff have been like this. The only downside is that the ACD voice announcements have got longer and actively try to discourage you from speaking to the agents. My advice would be employ more agents and fire some IT and business process people. The agents are a credit to you and will help you retain business.

*we had problems with our meter equipment, so I contacted customer services to arrange for an engineer to visit my property and fix the problem.
