Aveda Avis 

I've been using Aveda products exclusively on my hair for over a year now and my hair is in the worst shape it's ever been. I've been to the store, salons and attended online events. I've followed the recommendations and even bought their enormously expensive overnight serums. When I use them overnight, it looks good when I put it on but any positive effect has disappeared by morning.
The kicker was my birthday. Up until this year, I'd get a card in the mail offering me a free facial and composite oil Last year I even got a text in the beginning of my birthday month inviting me to schedule a birthday party. It was actually quite sweet. They had snacks and decorations, a free hairbrush and stickers, composite oil for each of us, did facials. This year I again received a text but not until 3 days after my birthday. I did reach out to some friends and invite them, people who were unfamiliar with Aveda. Last year I got a $25 for inviting a guest and was told it was $25 for each guest. This year I invited 3, two of whom spent over $200 each. And they stopped the $25 a month ago - Well, if I'd actually been invited to schedule my party during my birth month I would've made that deadline. So frustrating. I was hoping to be able to use those rewards to see if I could fix what is going on with my hair! No such luck.

Website is painfully crap and riddled with security issues. Whoever built it has ripped you off! Nearly impossible to place an order but thankfully other sites stock your products.

Man bestellt Schimmelentferner und erhält Spüliwasser. Funktioniert überhaupt nicht und trotzdem dem Verkäufer ein Video übersendet wurde, will er jetzt noch ein Video. Bekommt er, denn das Ergebnis ist wieder dasselbe. Die wollen Geld für keine Leistung. Meine Empfehlung: Bloß nicht dort bestellen!!!!!!!!

Ich muss ,leider ,wenigstens einen Stern geben das ich überhaupt eine Bewertung abgeben kann.
Ich habe einen 2 Teiler bestellt schon am 1.06.24 und bis dato noch nichts erhalten, nach mehreren Emails an Avenda, hat sich endlich jemand gemeldet und mir versichert das die Ware gute Qualität hat und nicht aus China kommt. Vor paar Tagen die Überraschung, einen Mail mit einer Sendungsnummer, und, tada, die Ware wurde aus China versendet 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Also, bestellt gleich auf SHEIN, die Ware kommt schneller, ist viel günstiger und selbe Qualität.
Bin gespannt wann ich mein Paket bekomme weil die zahlungs Datum druckt näher. Ich weiß schon jetzt dass ich mit die Sachen Boden wischen kann, einfach rausgeschmissenes Geld. Lügen über die Herkunftsland inklusive.

I bought 3 Aveda hair care products recently from John Lewis in Edinburgh. After lengthy discussion with the assistant, she advised Smooth Infusion as I have wavy hair which tends to go frizzy .
I have used the shampoo, conditioner and smoothing cream for two weeks. My hair looks dull and absolutely lifeless and I cannot put a brush through it. It’s horrible. I spent over £70 on these products. Can I return them ?

Ich hab mir die Seite nochmal genauer angeschaut und auf der Website sind viele Rechtschreibfehler. Dazu kommt hinzu, dass sehr viele Bewertungen gekauft wurden. Bei den Bewertungen perfekte Grammatik und fast immer derselbe Wortlaut. Wie kann das sein? Vor allem 5 von 5 Sternen und keine einzige etwas weniger hohe Bewertungen. Es wird eine Bewertungen von 4.5 Sterne bei Trustpilot angegeben. Momentan hat der Shop in echt 1.5, richtig unseriös... in jugendworten: Sus

Terrible Service.
Aveda's Customer Service does not derserve the name.
Once they were good; now they horrible.

I expect decency whenever I purchase from you. I also expect courtesy. After the damage is done, it is too late to respond to critical feedback by asking a frustrated and disenchanted customer to get in contact with customer service.

I had a pedicure with Michelle. She was very personable and informative about what she was doing with each step of the process. She did a very nice job.

Great products but horrendous customer service. The shipping company used is horrible and rather than ring the doorbell they just marked my order undeliverable. When I called Aveda they didn’t seem to care & couldn’t tell me when I would receive my order so I took the hint and canceled

My order was lost by the shipping carrier and returned to Aveda. No one contacted me, I found out by tracking the order. I reached out for a refund, was told 10-14 days. It took a month and a second follow up e-mail to get my refund. When I asked them to refund my rewards points for the reward items I had not received (included with the items I had purchased), they told me I had to contact their rewards department--they could have done that for me. I forwarded their e-mail telling me to contact the rewards department to the rewards department... and there was no response for over a month. When they finally responded to my second e-mail there was no apology. They truly don't seem to care one bit. It's a shame because the products work well but that shouldn't give a company permission to treat their customers poorly. One star is too much.

Terrible company that doesn’t care for their customers. After saving 30k points with them for over 12 years, not only did they reduce what you can get with those points (once a funded vacation to on of their main spa retreats- to now a few hair products mailed to you), they also delete your points if you don’t purchase from them each year. There terms have changed so much since I started buying from them. They’re such a crooked company that built success off of false promises to their customers. And as they won’t make things right, I just don’t want to support their business further. Very disappointed in their company.

Shipment list by UPS. It took three times me calling to get a reshipment even though it had no tracking updates for over a week.

Reshipment I’ll get a new tracking number in 1-2 days. No mention of expediting

Very poor. Placed order on Tuesday, it is now Friday and it still hasn’t been shipped let alone delivered. Ridiculous.

Totaler Müll, hab was bestellt aber irgendwie nur ein Teil bekommen, zurück schicken muss ich das nach China obwohl die Ware in Deutschland gelagert war 😂 toller Trick 👍 egal hab ich Pech gehabt, passt auf euch auf. Ach ja und der Suport ist auch Müll...

SOS DISASTROUS SERVICE
DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE !!

Before the appointment I asked the hairdresser if a balayage was ok to my hair to avoid any damages . The stylist told me it was fine .
I never asked for haircut but she insisted . Fine .
Here is the result . I had straight and mid length voluminous hair before this traumatic experience.
Almost 1300 aed for ruined , chewy , gummy hair + a completely butchered horrific haircut and disgusting grey/yellowish color .
I am at loss for words . Saying I’m devastated is an understatement not to mention how much more I’ll have to spend in care for the next few months and the waste of time I spent growing my hair for years .
