Very helpful customer service , kept me up to date on delivery date by phone call … would recommend and use again

Purchased a child car seat it was packaged well and arrived in the time stated at a good price.

Great service and excellent price.

Product arrived late.
Car seat was described as 7-10 working days lead time.
A follow up email at 10 days after hearing nothing, was met with an abrupt email stating that there was an additional 3 days delivery time on top.

After those 3 days nothing was heard. A further email took another 3 working days to respond to with an explanation that the Baby & Co hadn’t received the car seat yet in order to dispatch it.

It only finally arrived after 3 and half weeks.

This is extremely disappointing and inconvenient when our children’s safety is so important.

Amazing experience

I placed a substantial order with Baby & Co based on their advertised dispatch timeframe of 7–10 working days. That deadline passed without any update or explanation. After I contacted the company, I was informed of a delay and given a revised delivery estimate — which was also missed.

There was no proactive communication at any stage. I had to chase repeatedly for updates, and responses were vague and offered no firm commitment. For a purchase of this value, the lack of transparency and basic customer care was extremely disappointing.

When I raised the inconvenience caused, I was told supplier delays were “out of their control” and that no goodwill gesture would be considered. As a customer, my contract is with the retailer, and it is their responsibility to manage supply issues and communicate accurately. Dismissing the issue in this way felt unprofessional and dismissive.

Although the product has now arrived and is as expected, the overall experience was frustrating and fell well below an acceptable standard. I would not order from this company again.

Very helpful and personable, gave us a lot of time and attention whilst we pushed various prams around for an hour. Gave good advice on selection and matched/bettered competitive online pricing. Even helped carry our purchase round the block to the car.

Order process very straightforward, ream were very helpful resolving a delivery concern I would recommend them.

Good experience - I found the car seat I wanted, there was a shipping delay which I understood. The car seat was dispatched when they said it would be, and it arrived at the time stated.

The order was placed back on the 28th December 2025 with a delivery timeline of 7-10 working days. I have now been waiting C.24 Working days and over a full calendar month since the order was placed and payment made. There has been little to no communication on this matter other than when I have reached out to Baby& Co. Upon reaching out, I was told there was a supplier issue and Delivery would be made by WC12/1. After this week had passed, I was told there was a further delay until the 1st Feb. Now I have been told the Middle of February. There has been no attempt issue any compensation or partial refund due to the failure of this company.

Item was not in stock when ordered but support kept me in the loop and fulfilled the order ahead of time. Happy with the product, great experience.

Delighted with our purchase of the Mamas & Papas Lua Bedside Crib. The quality is excellent and it feels sturdy and well made, while still being compact and stylish. Ordered a Cybex Pallas G3 took a while but it got delivered packaged perfectly and our son loves his new seat.

Very poor communication and unreliable delivery

I ordered an item from Baby & Co which was advertised with standard delivery, so I expected it within the usual 7–10 days. I received no updates or emails at all after ordering.

Once the delivery timeframe had already passed, I had to contact them myself to ask where my order was. Only then was I told that the item was delayed until mid-February — over a month later than expected.

If I hadn’t chased this up myself, I have no idea when (or if) I would have been informed about the delay. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a baby-related product where timing matters.

Very poor customer service, misleading delivery expectations, and an unreliable website. I won’t be ordering from here again.
