Ordered a car seat over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, no tracking information and no update. Shocking service, which is very stressful!!!!!

Bought in the lead up to Black Friday and Baby & Co had a great price on a Cybex travel system bundle we wanted. Communication was pretty good including proactive phone calls when the items were due for delivery. The only downside is the length of time the bundles take to come in, presumably, from the manufacturer, assuming the items are dropshipped. It took 18 working days from order for the majority of the products to arrive. This was a bit longer than the 10-14 working days advertised and ended up causing an issue with an earlier than expected baby. Overall a good experience but with the caveat of the delivery timescales.

Very good customer service

Ordered several products and they kindly pointed out an item i ordered was already part of a bundle and refunded me for it rather than deliver it. Pleasure to deal with, and ensured the delivery occured on a day that suited a week later than planned.

When ordering it says 7-10 working days. Assuming this was delivery time so I ordered in good faith this will come within 7-10 working days. It wasn’t until the 10 working days were up and I received no communication on where my parcel was. I had to email numerous times to get updates on what is happening with my delivery and where it is, to just be advised ‘our supplier had a stock shortage’. Why does it take for me to have to reach out numerous times to get updates? Also, I sent in a formal complaint and mentioned some kind of an offer of compensation due to this delay and the amount of stress this has caused me leading towards the end of my third trimester, to then just 24 hours after this complaint to my order now being ready to dispatch. If I had mentioned some kind of compensation when I first enquired about this (27/11), would they all of a sudden found stock then? I ordered 17/11, it is now 17/12 and I still have not received my order. Only order from this company if you are happy to wait over a month for delivery and receive no updates of delays during this period.
