Thanks for your review, it really means so much to me. Crazy times now with all the Coronavirus chaos, but I still try get orders out as quickly as possible, personally filling every order and dropping them at the post office (while safely social distancing, of course).

Items ordered were never dispatched, poor communication and only after I have contacted the store refund was provided.

To clarify the above,
1. "Item never dispatched" - the order was dispatched the day following your order as you ordered after 9pm.
2. "Poor communication" - you contacted me via our live chat app to ask about your order. I responded immediately to confirm that the order had been dispatched, and mentioned that, as it was an international delivery, sometimes the delay is in the receiving country, which could also have been because it was the week before Christmas and postal services are extremely busy.
3. "Refund only after contacting the store" - indeed we did only refund after you contacted us (how else would we have known about the delay?). Please note we gave you a FULL REFUND the day you contacted us, 9 days after your order, which has likely since arrived. According to the Consumer Rights act of 2015, a retailer is only required to refund 30 days after your order.
I understand that you were upset about the delay and we did absolutely everything in our power to keep you happy. Postal delays are outside of my control, but I still gave you a full refund immediately.
Please in future keep in mind that negative (and incorrect) reviews have a direct impact on small businesses like mine and I am trying to support my family.

I bought a couple of the cotton blankets for gifts. My questions were answered quickly and the owner gave great recommendations. The products arrived in a couple of days (I'm in the UK) and were beautifully packaged. Will definitely shop with them again.
