I am sorry to hear about your experience with our firm and the amount of emails you received from us.
Each claim you submit requires a conditional fee agreement to be sent to you and questionnaires for additional information also need to be submitted for each claim. I can see that you submitted 10 claims, which will explain the amount of emails you received from us - 2 emails per claim. 1 for the conditional fee agreement, the other with the questionnaire.
If you have not cancelled your claims, we do require you to be cooperative with us via our email communications as part of your agreement.
You can contact our team via 0161 200 9960 to discuss this matter further and they can explain our email communications further.

After having reviewed your file, I can see that we are currently awaiting documentation from your finance provider. Unfortunately, finance providers can take some time in submitting information to law firms - once this information has been received, we will be able to provide you with a more indepth update.
