Even though you knew my father had died, in the next year you still charged me as though he was alive. When this was pointed out to you, it took forever to be repaid. And you still owe me $90 for the time my father did not use the alert. He died in December 2024. That is my experience with you. You take advantage of the elderly.

I only use it once in a whole year, but when I used it at the fire department was here in a couple minutes took me to hospital. It works very happy with it.

I sent this email and never received a response:
Hello-
I am contacting you on behalf of my mother. She pays a great deal of money for her service with you to keep her safe, as she has had several recent falls. Her alerts will go off when she is doing simple tasks, however it did not sound during her last two falls - one of which was this morning. Luckily she was conscious and able to call for help.
My other concern is she says she can't wear it most of the day because it is taking 12 hours to charge. I just received this information. This system seems very ineffective if she can't wear it during the day when she is moving around the house.
We were very thankful she had this device when she fell a few weeks ago, and was able to contact the fire department for help. I am concerned that she paid nearly $1000 this year for a service that works sporadically. Considering her life could depend on this device working it was very unnerving to me today that a fall to the pavement did not create a call for help.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
