Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them. Any issues you will be denied a remedy if there is anyway they can possibly find one. You are expected to mount the wheel without the tire onto your vehicle, then if no issues, remove it and mount the tire to the wheel, then the vehicle. If you mount the tire and there is an issue, no remedy…it was your fault. Even if you mount the wheel first w/o the tire, then the item was damaged by you mounting the wheel. There is no way to get relief for a damaged item as they honor nothing. They are rip off artists. The wheel I received was damaged and had paint build up on the inner core. I had a tire shop mount the tire and put it on due to the situation as I needed to use my vehicle. They blamed it on the tire shop even tho the manager would verify the status of the wheel prior to mounting. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY-TAKE YIUR MONEY TO A COMPANY WHO WONT SCREE YOU OVER IF THEY SEND YOU DAMAGED ITEMS!!!

Service was horrible
Service was horrible. Reached a service representative name Jena and she was extremely rude and none helpful. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Used them in previous years and didn't have a problem but today was horrible.

Ordered a wheel online, received the wrong wheel from what was ordered. The wheel I want is now no longer available through BB wheels, and they want 20% restocking fee plus I pay shipping on the incorrect rim I received...

They sent me my order and upon opening…
They sent me my order and upon opening the box, it was apparent that the bag containing the item was broken. It turned out that I didn’t need the item and I tried to return it and they wouldn’t accept it because the bag was broken. Crooks!

Great Tires But..
Sent a message to find out the white wall width of this tire (Ironman Rb 12 Nws Tire 225/75R15 102S 440 A B White Wall). Got a quick response and was told it was about 3/4". Turns out it was just a hair under 1" but that's okay. I needed the white wall to be between 3/4 and 1 inch. Two of the tires had black scuff marks on the white walls. Tried my white wall cleaner on them but it didn't work. (Thought I was gonna have to return those two). Took a more aggressive approach and after about a half hour, finally got the black marks 99% removed. Tires should have been shipped in boxes or at least wrapped with paper or shrink wrap. Other than that I am very happy with the tires.
