Overall a good experience
I was torn between a four star or five star. All in all it was a good experience. My only constructive advice would be to make it more know that an additional purchase is necessary in order to have all you need in the one shipment. I realize you offer the installation kit as an option at the end but you should give that a little more attention throughout the process. In my case it was mandatory that I get the new lugnuts and center ring but when I made my choice of rims, it said it was guarenteed to fit my car.

Called to confirm the item I wanted to order was still in stock since it stated 1 left. It was so I went ahead and submitted the order. Item was shipped quickly and I received it the following week. Great service. Tracking number didn't work but received the item very quickly.

Placed my order on 7/29 at around 8pm its now 8/3 and my order still has not been shipped out then on 7/30 i had a team member named brennan and he says they dont ship tires out within 2-3 days that it takes up to 7 days for them to ship but i see everyone else reviews saying theres shipped out in 2-3 days and here it is 5 days later and mine still have not shipped out then brennan went on to try and cancel my order when i never said i want to cancel my order even after telling him that if i needed to make any changes to my order that i could do it my self on the website

I bought 4 chrome rims from them
I bought 4 chrome rims from them. I only use them during the summer time. I clean and store them properly & they are getting rusty. I called company about this. The company refused to compensate me. These are brand new only used for 1 year. Do not buy from these people. Customer service was very rude.

If i ever need new wheels i will be purchasing from BB wheels again! I had to change my order, and they were very quick to change it for me, and the shipping was very quick. They offer a piece of mind insurance to cover your damaged wheels from 1-3 years! I am very satisfied as a customer as i felt that i was taken care of!
