Beauty scent/fragrance shop avoid! Scam!
Beauty scent which also runs under the fragrance shop is an absolute joke! They sent the wrong perfume. I emailed them straight away from my order email. They'd ask if I'm able to print a return label and when I reply it suddenly goes to postmaster meaning the email link is not valid anymore. I tried 3 times and even explained that I'm not having luck with their customer service attaching all the screenshots of emails and they'd still ask if I'm able to print. Then it goes straight to postmaster again. I even called them and had someone laying that I'm emailing the wrong address, that I called the fragrance shop and not beauty scent or that they can't give me the actual beauty scent number but they magically suddenly saw someone from the beauty scent department and that they promised to call back. Of course that didn't happen. And when I tried to call the number again, it would change between ringing with a fast dial tone meaning there's no connection or ring 5 times and automatically hang up. What a scam! Luckily PayPal gave me my money back and I kept the perfume even if it wasn't the right one. So I won over them which makes me smile. What a palaver. Stay away! the good reviews are probably fake or paid for!

Cancelled my order
Cancelled my order, emailed me with a sentence simply saying it was ‘ because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded’. Days later and I haven’t had any further contact, and they still have my money.

Good price - smells weak watered down
Good price and came in good time however, I bought a fragrance I have had before and this one smells very weak and almost watered down , unsure if this real or just in my head

Shocking after sales service from Beauty Scent. I placed an order through Wowcher on 17 December only to be told the order was lost. I have been waiting for a refund since and have also contacted Wowcher. Beauty Scent did not follow up and simply stated to contact Wowcher. Will never use again

I would 100% recommend based on my experience.
In all honesty I wasn’t actually holding out much hope on receiving my order.
But when it arrives with 24hour Royal Mail delivery I was elated. The order was correct the price was great and I will definitely be buying from this website again. My experience has been excellent.

Genuine scents at exceptional prices. I chose basic delivery option,but still recieved my EDT in 2 days. This is within a very busy trading time so was amazed at speed of delivery. Item was very well pacaged. Everything was intact and all packaging is card so easy to recycle. Probaby one of tge best online retailer for aftershave snd perfum

AVOID - bought Miracle perfume via EBay - 6 months on received an email from EBay stating product was hazardous and recalled ! ( obviously fake) sent remaining item back to seller- no refund given - just keep getting a standard standard 5 working days message - awful customer service - scammers - avoid - I’m now taking case to trading standards

We’ve fully investigated your order with eBay and can confirm that the Miracle perfume you purchased is 100% genuine and safe for continued use. eBay has confirmed in writing that the product does not contain any prohibited ingredients and that there is no safety recall.
It’s possible that the email you received from eBay was an automated product listing notice rather than an official safety warning, which can happen if an item is incorrectly flagged by their system. We understand how this can cause confusion.

Amazing Barbie and Ken perfumes!
The Barbie and Ken perfumes are amazing. Really worth buying them. The Barbie has a feminine, floral and fruity scent, whilst the Ken has a masculine, woody scent. Both are very versatile for evening and the day, and last the entire day without needing to top up. As a bonus, the bottles are vibrant and fun as decorations! 100% recommend, they smell like high-end perfumes but for a fraction of the price!
