Terrible service!!
Terrible service!!! Don't waste your time with Priority Dispatch, it doesn't exist, just a marketing strategy to get you to purchase. After a 6 week wait and being assured purchase was to be dispatched in 24 hrs (surprise, surprise, it wasn't) I'm now offered option of cancelling. Absolute farce from beginning to end!!!!

These guys are hopeless and you wonder whether they are scammers. Our daughter bought a bed from them and no updates send the the "delivery guys" said no one home after no contact. This is a dodgy enterprise. Don't touch them.

We are very concerned by your review and strongly reject the suggestion that Bedzy is a scam or a “dodgy enterprise.” We are a legitimate Australian-owned business, and we stand behind every order and delivery arranged through our store.
At present, your review does not contain enough information for us to identify your daughter’s order or investigate what occurred. Could you please provide her name, order number, delivery postcode, or any other relevant details? Once we can verify the order, I will personally review the tracking history and work to put things right.
Tracking updates are automatically sent through our system. We also recommend on the order confirmation page that customers add our support email address to their safe-senders list, as automated dispatch notifications can occasionally be filtered into junk or spam folders.
Although deliveries are completed by third-party courier networks, Bedzy remains responsible for supporting our customers throughout the delivery process. If a courier incorrectly recorded that nobody was home or failed to make contact, we absolutely want the opportunity to investigate this. However, we cannot locate the shipment or assist meaningfully without some identifying information.
We respectfully ask that you provide the requested details so we can verify the experience described. We also ask that you reconsider and retract the suggestion that we are scammers, as this is a serious and unsupported allegation.

Do not order from this company unless you are happy to wait 3+ months for shipping. Bedzy was never in contact about the delays, and when i finally asked for a refund i had to wait over a week for them to agree to refund. I am still yet to recieve the refund. Bedzy deletes reviews from social media and will block you for negative reviews. Bedzy is an absolute joke. Thank you yet again for wasting my time!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED A BED ASAP
Beware of this company if you don't have a bed to sleep on.
I ordered on 4 June 2026, and it is 17 July 2026 and my order is still yet to have been dispatched.
Their paid priority service is predatory. You have to pay extra to have your order put to the front of the queue, which means those who did not pay for that and decided to wait, get their orders further pushed back. My order has definitely been pushed back because of this disgusting service. Which also on their website, says if you pay for this service, their standard shipping times still apply.
I have contacted support twice, and they continue to insist they have a "high volume of orders causing delays", meaning I have not had a bed to sleep on for 6 weeks.
And I don't have any idea if the bed will match my expectations, even after waiting nearly 2 months.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED A BED ASAP.
You will be without a bed for over a month if you don't want to pay their priority service.
I read some of these other reviews who said fast shipping and delivery and was silly to believe them.

A FRIENDLY WARNING
A FRIENDLY WARNING. I ordered a bed frame a few years ago, with no issues and super fast shipping etc. I ordered the exact same bed frame for a family member on the 15th of April 2026 and as of today - 7th of July I have received nothing but excuses and advised how many weeks to over a month MORE I am yet to wait for my bed frame to even be shipped!!!???? ABSOLUTELY ABSURD.

Unfortunately, your first-choice bed did not pass our final quality checks and is no longer available. I have personally reached out to offer you any alternative bed up to the value of $300, or a full refund if you would prefer.

The mattress lifter is a savior.
The mattress lifter is a savior. It certainly does as is described and enables us to tuck our sheets under the mattress as we have a heavy but oh so comfortable mattress. We received the item promptly and no issues. I would certainly recommend this product and the company.

If I would’ve known that order was…
If I would’ve known that order was going to take over 2 months to be shipped to me I would’ve never ordered from this company no phone to call them only on WhatsApp you can only chat to somebody and they continue to make excuses and saying that they have got a large back order they wouldn’t upgrade me or give me a set of sheets only a stupid $10.00 bamboo pillow witch is shit so Australia be aware of this shit company

This company's customer service is the best. My Ottoman was taking a very long time to arrive after ordering it and I was getting worried that it had been forgotten but after contacting Bedzy and speaking with Jonas my Ottoman was on it's way. Jonas kept me updated on it's progress until it arrived. This is a great company and their furniture is very well priced. I have ordered quite a few items from them. Keep up the good work Bedzy.

King single Alanya mattress
We bought the King single Alanya mattress. Ordering was not easy because there's so many to choose from but in hindsight it was a great choice. Great support after a hard day at work. Price was very affordable. What I enjoyed most was placing the rolled up mattress on the base because once the plastic is cut with the scissors the luxury unfolds. Communication was great! Delivery quick!
