Fantastic company and fantastic service! We recently purchased a portable air con unit from Belaco. When it arrived one of the parts was incorrect (for another model). I contacted Belaco - I spoke to a lady on the phone who asked me to send over a picture of the part and my invoice. The next day they had already sent out the replacement part and this arrived within 2 days. Absolutely fantastic service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Best Customer Service EVER!
My experience is better than a 5 star. 9 months after purchasing my blender, it decided it wasn't going to work anymore. I contacted Belaco customer service and my email was replied to, the same day. After explaining the fault, they replaced it - all in the same week. Best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you.

Appalling customer service. I will never buy any appliances from Belco again. I emailed them regarding a streamer and was simply fobbed off. They are not interested at all. I’m only giving them one star so I can leave review.

Good value but no spares/after service
Bough great value steam mop and works well. Just don't buy if you need to obtain spares as there does not seem to be anywhere you can get these.

The Steamer is AMAZING
Absolutely awesome the steamer I just bought. Deliver lots than I expected hot cloud to kill fleas and all crap on the floor. 100% will beat high brands as I used Karcher in the past.

I recently ordered some replacement halogen tubes ater contacting your office for advice. The tubes proved too long and I have been in contact with the Sales Dept hoping to silve this problem. I made contact last week and I am currently awaiting a reply. Hopefully the recipient at Sales will respond and we can tackle the problem.

Safety concern not investigated
Part of the airfryer basket melted while baking a potato, and it did not stop cooking. I noticed when the house filled with smoke and smelt of burnt plastic. To stop damage, I had to turn it off at the mains.
I received no response from the customer service email address, after multiple unanswered emailed I contacted them through instagram where they were responsive. I am very concerned that their sole focus was on proof of purchase, without which they said they wouldn't even look into this dangerous fault.
Once I found proof of purchase they refunded quickly, but I do not trust that they took this issue seriously or adequately investigated that it is not a serious safety issue with their airfryer.

As part of our industry practice, we request proof of purchase to help identify the product batch and ensure proper tracking. We understand that providing this information can sometimes feel like an extra step, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the delay in receiving this proof of purchase did result in a delay in taking action on the issue.
Once we received your proof of purchase, we promptly reimbursed your payment and immediately began a thorough investigation into the batch. Our investigation concluded that the issue was isolated to your unit, and no other products from that batch exhibited the same problem. We also made sure to inform you of our findings through the Channel you have contacted us as soon as the investigation was completed.
Please rest assured that all our products undergo rigorous testing and are fully certified according to UK CA standards to ensure safety and quality.

Single person mini oven
Live alone. Got myself a Belaco mini oven. Ideal for ready meals for one, jacket potatoes 🥔 , chicken breast and even toasted sandwiches. Timer is the best bit put it on and walk away. ( after I got use to the settings). Love it. ❤️

I bought Portable air conditioner in summer, it came with complete window kit which was easy to set up. It ideal for small room but it is bit noisy which I think is normal for any air conditioner works with compressor
