No advance warning for the delivery
No advance warning for the delivery. Courier only called when he arrived at the delivery address. Left goods unattended whilst I travelled 30mins from work.

A vanity unit purchase
A vanity unit purchase: courier did not wait for an inspection. The item was not removed from box. Box was opened but after opening item was realised as unsuitable for purpose. The returns policy is such that must arrange courier - approx cost £100. To our knowledge goods were returned undamaged and courier showed goods returned as instructed. Somehow however Bella claimed and showed photos that goods were damaged at base (one panel). Refund was therefore refused. Sink unit not refunded despite separable and fully intact / resaleable - reason - part of package sold. Because we had not unpacked we are picking up full price for item we didn't actually ever fully view let alone try to install/use. Advice to future customers- take pictures of everything (boxes and contents packed and unpacked) at all angles at delivery preferably with courier present and same at return. I personally will not be using this supplier of bathroom furniture again. Would not recommend.

Your goods were delivered on the 4th of April, and you didn't request a return until the 14th, which was plenty of time to check the goods before you sent them back. Transit damage must be reported within the first 24 hours of delivery so any claims can be filed by us with the courier's insurance; the driver does not need to be present.
The goods arrived back to us damaged, and photographs were sent over to you as evidence - within 24 hours so you could claim from the courier that you paid to do you a service yourself.
Our terms state that we will only refund for goods that are in a resalable condition and unfortunately, a damaged item is not resalable. Regarding the advice to future customers, this is very helpful. Please take photos of the goods you are returning, so if they are damaged in transit on their return, you have the evidence for a claim.

A problem sorted

Item was not described properly
Item was not described properly. The waste hole on the bath was a slot rather than a circle. Bit the pictures of the bath and the diagram incorrectly showed a circular rather than a slotted waste.

I'm sorry you're not happy with your purchase. The diagram that is on our website clearly shows a slotted waste. After asking the team about this situation, it seems that the bath would not be suitable for what you wanted, regardless of the shape of the overflow. We would have been able to advise you if we'd been asked prior to dispatch - or your fitter could have let you know.
If you would like to return it for a refund, you have until the 4th of May to get it back to us.
