Benchmark Kennels Avis

Brogon & Alens provided great customer service was reliable, friendly and carried out the assembly of the kennel efficiently and swiftly. Great work guys thank you!

Overall great customer service from start to finish, kept up to date on order, frequent delivery updates fabulous experience will be a returning customer in the future.

Shaun and alens - (The team)were polite and did a great job installing my kennel. The stuck to times and notified me of their arrival time. They made sure they completed the job and that I was satisfied before leaving. Great work and customer service very happy Thankyou again

Installers were really good, namely Simon and Brogan. There was a slight issue on the day whereby a door didn’t fit properly so they had to come back the next day to rectify it. I knew when they were coming, both days they turned up when they said they would. Would recommend.

This has genuinely changed my life and experience with my dog , I feel very relaxed knowing he has a great house to not only sleep in but to chill in . A huge thanks to the team who came and installed it on the day especially the young lady in charge she was amazing fergot her name but she really went above and beyond thanks guys defo worth the money!

Easy to order. Sales people on the phone were incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions, giving me numerous options with measurements and combinations of kennels to suit my needs. They were clear about the cost of every part and organised a convenient delivery. They called to let me know 2 days before what time they would be arriving. Nathan and Alens arrived on time, were very polite and worked hard to put up the kennel to a great standard. They explained everything and answered our questions. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

Amazing work from the guys (think his name might have been Scott) that came and built up my kennel.

Arrived on time, weren't phased by having to take branches off a tree. It was a bit of an awkward place, tight to work in, and it was when we had the heatwave. Shaun and Alens were amazing. Kennel up in 2hours, I happy and dogs happy. Great customer service from Jordsn and Blske. Thank you 😊

Deal with Jordan, and I’m not an easy customer to deal with. Moved dates etc and he handled it all perfectly. Recommend and would use again

Arrived when they said they would, got to work immediately & installed the kennel precisely as and where I wanted. Scott & Allen’s (?) (didn’t quite get his name. ) were really friendly and explained what they were going to do & how. Top lads. A great kennel too!

Excellent service from start to finish..
purchasing was easy
Brogan and Simon who installed the kennel were quick very efficient and extremely polite

Would deffinately recommend

Absolutely amazing service from bench mark kennels, from buying to sorting out delivery and the installation was done professionally and quick Simon and Nath did an amazing job, really happy with the service.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordering was so easy with Jordan. Communication great. And the installation by Mark and Scott was perfect. Our dogs are going to love their new space!

Excellent Kennels very high standard of materials, a lovely space for our cats and dogs to enjoy the day outside and safe. The construction team, although we never met them left our place clean and tidy and my friend who is a carpenter for 40 years said the work was very tidy. Customer service was great as well no questions to small or repetitive to answer I will without doubt be getting my future purchases from these guys Thanks to all

Began really helpful with good communication. Install date had to be altered due to sickness which was fine and well communicated. Kennel was put up and was all good except the galv pack was missing. Again they arranged for someone to come back and add it couple weeks later.
The galv pack was poorly added, with screws sticking out and the ends of the screws being sharp and also sticking out, gaps as it couldn’t go behind the wood as it normally would without taking whole thing apart. They put a different door on (knew was different as we had screwed locks to the original door) which was all dented and had holes in from what looks like previous hinges or something being screwed into it.
Messaged with photos and was just ignored…..not even a reply!

Just had our double bay dog kennel installed by Shaun and Simon from Benchmark and it looks great. It seems professionally put up and it took them a good 2-3 hours to build so it wasn't a rush job. Both guys were polite and professional. I would happily go to Benchmark again.

Very nice workers, did the job in no time at all very great work 👏.

Mark & Nathan were great! They did everything we wanted and looks phenomenal well done guys and thanks again

Really happy with the kennel and customer service I received shoutout to Brogan & Shaun for the fast fitting and amazing communication 100⭐️

Had a lovely experience with our purchase from benchmark kennels. Brogan and Liam came to deliver and build our shed. They were really pleasant and extremely hard working. It took just over an hour and a half from start to finish. The company were also very efficient with communication. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future . Thanks again

Fantastic install and service
