Great customer service
Sandra in the store was very informative and helpful when we were choosing our new mattress and guided us through all the options. The delivery staff arrived as expected and were very professional.

NOT BLACKPOOL STORE Leeds crown point west Yorkshire plenty of parking this was on a Saturday From the moment we walked in the store the advised introduced himself as craig he was very welcoming I told him are budget he showed us 6 bed mattresses he explained the type of mattresses and said try the mattresses in private and he was back to see how we got on and explained each choice we liked and cost he was polite chatty he didnt pressure us in to extras he did say what we could have for are budget price and delivery and location of the room we would like it put in we are waiting for delivery date 2 weeks so can not comment as yet overall happy customers thank you Craig the service /advice was great staff was great a good experience thank you Craig Angela and Chris.

Exceptional customer service in store when we went in to decide which mattress to purchase. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products and their technology they use to help us choose the perfect mattress that suited both my wife and my preferences was impressive.
