Great product, great advice, great value, great customer support
Great product, good value, good advise and very, very helpful. Allowed us to store 1 bed and 2 sofas at their store for 6 week after a property purchase was delayed.

Thumbs up to bensons for beds
The friendly and knowledgeable staff made choosing my bu k beds easy . They were very helpful making sure that the colour was right for my belly decorated room and and that I had appropriate mattresses for for .y grandchildren that would be sleeping on them . I asked if they built them on delivery and was told no but they had someone who they used to do this for them at an extra cost and I accepted this offer they contacted him and booked him for an extra cost of £89. The bunks were duly assembled and fine until we put the door on then there was an issue with the ladder which had been placed at the top. I rang the fitter and asked if he could move the ladder tk the other end as he hadn't asked if we had any preference which end the ladder was and he was more than happy to do this pro riding I paid him another £45. I don't think that is acceptable. This in no way reflects on bensons I have no concerns with them but be aware the fitter may well try and take advantage take of you

Great range and excellent service…
We were left to browse in peace and when we had questions, it seems the sales person sensed this and just appeared. She was polite, knowledgeable and had some great advice.
Order process was painless with everything explained clearly. We could not fault the range of beds/furniture or the service we received.

Friendly and not pushy
I really do not like pushy sales people and Karen was not pushy at all, she explained everything based on my needs and let me know where she would be if I needed any assistance. I felt at ease and not pressurised. The store is clean and welcoming and all staff actually make eye contact, smile and talk to you

Purchasing a single mattress
We needed a new single mattress for the bed in our spare room for when family members stay over. Maxine was helpful and found us a great mattress that was in stock, as we wanted to take it away ourselves. There was no pressure to buy and we were able to browse to find the mattress we liked. We will definitely use the Broadstairs store in the future.
