I was verbally missold the 40 day…
I was verbally missold the 40 day experience with a new mattress from the store manager. I can only understand this was a selling tactic to omit the downsides of swapping mattress if you aren’t happy with the comfort for any reason. He told me that I could change up to two times, didn’t say that I wouldn’t get the 25 percent off a different one if I exchanged, then I would also have to pay 10% of the cost of the mattress plus delivery fees. When visiting the store again to let them know I wanted to swap, the tone was very different! I felt like a pest and then heard all these terms and conditions that are so outrageous if he had told me when he was trying to make the sale I would never have purchased!
Really upset after spending 2445.00!
Bensons for beds have since got back to me and have been good sorting out a different mattress with no extra charges.

Very happy with the bed i bought.
Not happy about the way i was charged for delivery.
When asked about delivery charges was told £49.99.
Told them i would pick it up in store and was told it’s still £49.99 if i picked up from the store.
