Chap that served us was patient
Chap that served us was patient , polite , not pushy at all and knew his products inside out , was so impressed . He even knew his competitions tactics which he explained pros and cons without disrespect to them . So pleased I went in the shop , I don’t know his name but he is sort of man you would welcome as a friend . Whatever he is paid isn’t enough as he is an ambassador for bensons beds . Excellent customer care and service, wonderful staff who literally could not do more to help, especially Henry but manager and the lady working in store on 15th and 16th also very helpful. Would definitely go back to make further purchases.

On both visits we made, the staff were attentive but not pushy. There was plenty of choice in the store.
We bought a bed, headboard and mattress of great quality for a really good price after some negotiation.
Would not hesitate to recommend.

Rubbish when there's problem with product
Returning customer. Happy in past when everything is good BUT was delivered a £2.4k mattress which was very different to the one in store and unbelievably uncomfortable. Bensons for Beds 40 night guarantee is worthless. You'll lose 10% of the value of the mattress, will not receive the difference if next one is cheaper, plus collection and delivery costs. Its win/win for them and does not protect you. We've had to buy a topper (from elsewhere) to make the mattress bareable. Manufacturer of the mattress was equally hopeless.
Once they've got your money, they just don't care.

I was very impressed by the excellent customer service. Manju, the sleep expert who helped me make my choice was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, explaining the various options but without pressuring to buy. A wholly positive experience and I would certainly recommend the Cambridge branch of Benson for beds.

No hard sales and happy to allow us to browse
A warm welcome from Monju who gave us ample time to browse without hovering. When asked for some more information he gave it quickly and knowledgeable, but again with no pressure. Once we decided on the furniture we needed, he provided us with the purchase order information succinctly.

Monju was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and my purchases, even though I had to separate into 2 orders, was relatively painless. I would highly recommend visiting this store to anyone looking for a new bed, mattress or bedroom accessories.

Henry the sales adviser was the key
Henry the sales adviser was the key. We wanted a mattress for our spare bed, so price was important. Henry was respectful of that and showed us a number of options. We bough a mattress in our price bracket (a half price good quality one). Thank you Henry , we will return in future.

A great store to buy from.
From a great meet and greet from a new member of staff who started my experience from when I entered the store to the friendly experienced sales man (Monju) to leaving,
He explained from the vast amount of mattresses and beds,the quality,range expensive to the lower own brand and extras on offer in the sale,very polite and knowledgeable a credit to the company.
