I would like to leave a special thank you to Natalie at Benson for Beds Coventry, for her outstanding customer service.
Over the course of around six months, Natalie supported me through what turned out to be a much longer decision-making process than I had originally anticipated. During that time, I had countless questions, explored different options, and needed reassurance on various aspects of my purchase. Natalie was consistently patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout.
What stood out most was her friendly and approachable manner. No question ever seemed too much trouble, and she always took the time to provide clear, honest advice without making me feel pressured. Her knowledge, reliability, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience far less stressful and gave me confidence in my decisions.
In an age where great customer service can be difficult to find, Natalie truly went above and beyond. She is a credit to Benson for Beds and played a huge part in making my experience such a positive one.

Exactly what we were looking for.
My husband and I had spent a lot of time thinking about which type of mattress we needed and a lot of time looking for the right one for us. From the minute we walked into Bensons for Beds in Coventry, we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. We explained what we were looking for and were guided to mattresses that would suit our needs. We were encouraged to try out each mattress and advised on its pros and cons until we found exactly the one for us. We were able to choose a convenient delivery date and were kept updated of a time slot a couple of days before delivery. The mattress is soooo comfortable to sleep on and is everything we had hoped it would be. Great value for money, very comfortable and great customer service. We would definitely recommend.

From going into the store to delivery, the experience was very professional. Akran, the assistant explained everything to us very simply, very impressed. Steve and Jake, delivery men were very friendly, and delivered on time and placed in correct room.

Beware the extra charges
I went bed shopping with my grandaughter, the shop was nice and clean and well maintained. We looked at lots of beds and bounced on a few! The sales assistant was considerate and knowledgeable.
The shock came when I was told the delivery charge was £69.00! To me that is extortionate after paying £500 for a single bed, there is no other option so I had to pay it but I won't go back when I need another bed.

Layout in the shop is very good. Was welcomed straight away and then left to browse. Given a time slot for delivery. Felt a little more information could have been given other than “ its all in the envelope”
