Sealy kingsize mattress
Ordered a mattress which was delivered quickly and very happy with the look of it though not in the bedroom yet as it needs final touches before moving in. Lots of updates on date and time slot.

Ottoman bed
When we entered we were asked what we were looking for, it was then explained about discounts, finance etc. But then we were left to look which was great. Only when we asked for help they joined us. Brought the bed straight away down to the service given.

Good collection of bedroom furniture and knowledgable staff
Recently visited the Benson for Beds store and my experience was good. They have good collection and variety of bedroom furniture . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Intasar from sales team was really helpful, and explained every details of the choosen product. All in all a good experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone setting up their home.

Impressed with the overall experience
We were looking for a new mattress, and it was a pleasure to meet someone who had excellent product knowledge and no obvious sales patter. Akram even showed us the various materials used in the manufacturing process of some and explained the differences in quality. We are very pleased that we went to Bensons. Excellent customer service. I cannot thank Natalie enough for her time and patience in helping me select the right mattress. Everything was explained, advice shared and options given. No pressure.

I popped into Bensons For Beds in Coventry where the Sales Person named Intasar was very helpful indeed.
He knew my budget and the fact that I needed to factor in the price, assembly of the bed.
He wasn’t pushy at all, just very friendly and efficient & explained the process of delivery etc.
He said I could call him if I needed any help. Looking forward to my new bed!
