The Store Manager couldn't have been helpful. He answered all our questions and there was zero % push for a sale. And the £3000 mattress is worth every penny. Also, great service too from the delivery men

The delivery a couple of weeks later was fantastic!
The delivery guys were very courteous and mindful of stuff. They were in and out of my house like a flash. Fantastic service.

The staff were very attentive but not pushy. Very knowledgable and helpful. I was even given a bottle of water as the store was unbearably hot, don’t know how the staff coped all day in that heat. The only thing I could really moan about is the length of time I’ve got to wait for my bed .

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well laid out and clean with a huge selection.

Just had my new superking bed delivered and I have to say every aspect of buying from Bensons was fab. The sales staff were helpful (sleep analyser was insightful and fun), not pushy and the delivery team were professional and respectful. They turned up within the stated delivery window and lots of communication. Will definitely buy from Bensons again.

We were greeted immediately on entering the store by Gail. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and then guided us to the mattresses she thought would suit us best, after having our sleep positions analysed. We never felt hurried or pressured and Gail gave us time alone in which to consider our choices.
The variety of mattresses on offer was impressive and we were delighted with our final choice.

Gail was fabulous - very friendly and gave me options and time to think before I made a purchase.

4 stars not 5 because a male manager interrupted us to give a sales speech I didn't need to hear and made me uncomfortable to sit through.

This is my second time using Bensons for Beds – Doncaster706, and once again I had a very positive experience. The staff were helpful and professional from purchase through to delivery and assembly. Communication was clear throughout, and the delivery team arrived on time, were polite, and handled everything carefully. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would happily recommend Bensons for Beds to others.

All the people we interacted with were friendly and polite, there was no pressure on products, they gave advice and information giving you time to consider the product and information to be able to make your choice.
