Walked into the store. I was approached quite quickly by Rob. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for. Rob guided me around the store and showed me plenty of options. And I quickly made a purchase. Thank you Rob you are a credit to your store. 😊

Amanda and her colleague did their best on 2 occasions and helped us to buy just what we needed and not simply the most expensive like seems to be the way with other stores
Good product knowledge and practical advice on a very important piece of everyday furniture which I spend 10 hours a day in !!

Overall the experience and service was great but it was spoiled by the extortionate add on prices for delivery £59, assembly £40 and removal of old bed £100. A tad greedy imo. We've purchased our last 6 beds/mattresses from Bensons but will not be returning.
