Outstanding customer service from Ian in the Dundee branch. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and not remotely pushy. Recently bought a bed for our son and were delighted with his service so returned to buy a mattress for ourselves

This review is not about the staff at the shop, they were helpful and informative. This review is about the customer service and their avoidance tactics in owning up to selling a faulty inferior mattress. I purchased a very expensive mattress with built in topper over 2 years ago, around last year the mattress started dipping by about 2cm at each side, I weigh 90kg and my wife 60kg. Without going into a long winded story its now 3cm deep and Bensons for Beds are saying its not a manufacturing fault, I wont be buying anything from them again very bad customer service hiding behind stats and third party assessments.

Spent 2 and half hour in store pick the right bed and comfy mattress I wanted for 2 electric beds, on delivery they were the wrong mattresses, not happy at all, now have to wait another month to be given not just the mattresses I wanted but the whole beds again ? But was told on phone that the bed part will be left in van whilst mattresses are replaced ? Crazy, Paid over £3000 and really not impressed, will not recommend

Angus your member of staff was very helpful and not pushy as is often the experience you get in these circumstances. Very informative on the products and gave us enough time and space to make the decision.

Guys in the shop friendly and helpful

After looking around the store we decided we really liked the Lorenz range of bedroom furniture, we decided on the triple sliding door wardrobe a 6, 4 and three drawer sets of drawers, which we are delighted with, I found the store well laid out, the staff were helpful and friendly, they explained the delivery would take up to 12 weeks, for a reasonable price the person/persons who deliver the furniture can also build it for you, I personally was delighted with that and was well worth the little extra it cost for that service, a couple of months later we decided that we probably should have got the interior package with the drawers and shelving, it wasn’t a problem, I’m glad we went in to ask, still I’m so happy with it, it’s well made, sturdy and looks awesome.

Very helpful salesman, Iain. Knowledgeable, able to answer questions and explain differences in types of
Mattress construction. No pressure of time, or to buy a certain make. Left us alone to try each bed and compare different types of mattress.

Having a very informed shop assistant to answer my many questions made such in difference in helping me choose which bed to have. I have spoken to Angus several times and have found him wise and very knowledgeable. I am buying more bedroom furniture this week and have every confidence that Angus will continue to advise me well.

The buying of beds and mattresses was a long time ago experience for us, and with so much choice, you sometimes don't know where to start.
The support and guidance that we received was fantastic. We were able to buy just what we wanted, without the headache of it all.
The store was brilliant with us, even when we had to change the delivery date a couple of times. It wasn't any bother at all.
The day of delivery, the team where brilliant, they delivered everything to the right rooms. Nothing was a bother for them. They were so quick as well. Really nice gentlemen.
