Not so good when they email to change the delivery date by a week, especially when the person is moving to a new home and is now left without a bed.

Marvellous
My advisor Ian was absolutely wonderful. He was polite, welcoming , knowledgeable and mannerable. He couldn’t do enough for me which resulted in me finding and purchasing the ideal bed, mattress and pillows.
I would highly recommend this store.

Positive experience
Ian was very helpful and took time to listen and understand our needs.
There was no pressure to go for the most expensive option instead he was focused again on our needs.
When we returned to purchase he was busy but the other staff were equally helpful.
Overall a very positive experience.

Marlyn was excellent!
I was served by Marlyn. I was immediately impressed by her knowledge. After looking at a few beds she left me to browse around myself trying out more beds for comfort. I finally selected an “Extra Firm.” There were a couple of optional extras which Marlyn offered, but not in a pushy way, I did decline these. Extra insurance etc. the whole shopping experience ( I hate shopping) from start to finish was great. Looking forward to my new mattress and hope it helps with my sciatica.

Benson for Beds Dundee
We bought our bed in Dundee with Ian, he was super helpful and insightful! He helped us find the right mattress that was comfortable but still within our price range! He let us try many mattresses many times to decide and knew a lot about the products! He gave us an amazing deal on both the mattress and bed frame but also on pillows and a duvet! Would highly recommend
