Salesman Jamie in the Falkirk branch was a excellent salesperson, non pushy but put over his sales pitch very well left us to to discuss our thoughts before coming back to ask what we had decided. if only all sales persons where as thoughtful.

Amazing Service
Service was amazing and I really felt I was listened to. I was in awe of the bed that measured my pressure points to determine what type of mattress firmness I required to help with my sore back. And the pillow!!! Wow! I bought 2!!

Neil was very helpful and thorough
Neil was very helpful and thorough. He welcomed us on arrival, and asked if we needed help. We explained what we were looking for, and Neil took us to the bed machine. He then took us around multiple beds, with great explanation. We hadn’t planned on buying a new mattress on that day, but were happy with the customer service and the product we found. The sale wasn’t pushy and we felt happy.

Great products and customer service
Ordered two beds after being helped in store to find the products which would best suit me and my family.
Was moving house so company arranged to deliver to my new address a couple of days after we moved in.
All went without a hitch and very satisfied with the beds and mattresses.

Great customer service
From the moment we arrived in store Neil was attentive and helpful without giving us the hard sell. He gave us excellent advice not only on the bed we purchased but also in regard to financing it.

Excellent in store service
We went into the Falkirk Store to view a bed we had seen online, there was not a display model of the bed we had picked however we received exceptional customer service and ended up buying a different bed from the store which actually suited our needs more. People are often quick to complain but not so good at leaving positive reviews, we just wanted to let the Falkirk Store know how impressed we were with the service, thanks.
