We had been looking for a small double bed for my daughter for a while. We chose to just randomly walk into Bensons to see what beds they had. Steven helped us and was friendly and helpful from the start. He showed us a really good offer and took time to hear what my daughter wanted. He could have encouraged a more expensive buy that would not have been right for her needs and room size. Instead he was patient with her and answered all questions we had. We are happy with the offer, almost like it was meant to buy and my daughter is excited for her new bed.

Great place for beds staff very friendly and helpful can't recommend them enough

One thing I liked was not being pounced on the minute I entered the store - that drives me crazy! I had told the salesman what I was looking for and he gave me a few options. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me to browse at my own pace. I purchased a mattress and look forward to it arriving in a couple of weeks.

I nipped in to look at mattresses, was greeted by Paul (I think that was his name). He gave me space to look and wasn't overbearing like a lot of salesmen which usually puts me off and I leave. He answered questions and gave advice and showed me different products to help make my mind up but wasn't pushy at all. He told me to continue looking and give him a shout which is exactly what I done and purchased a mattress and bed frame, I was extremely happy with the whole experience. I was a bit wary as I hate feeling pressure to purchase in store but there was none whatsoever.
A totally positive experience and I can't wait to shop in store again! With any luck Paul will serve me again. Top guy!

Took mum in for a new mattress as I had just purchased a new bed and mattress a few weeks previous, explained mum has altzeimers and the guys were so good with her, definitely recommend

Jamie was excellent in guiding us through the ranges of mattresses available. We never felt any pressure to buy as he genuinely wanted to ensure we made the choice that was best for us. There is a large selection available and it’s not easy to get it right in a short space of time but Jamie was patient and informative throughout our shop.

My wife and I were really in need of an upgrade. We wanted a super king-size bed to improve our well being. I thought we'd just go into the store, pick a bed then hope it was suitable. However, the salesman who we spoke to (Neil) provided a great CX. Bensons have a high end sensor that can pinpoint the type of mattress we need. Neil then showed us a wide range of mattresses, and we settled on the Bensons exclusive igel i4400 mattress. As soon as we tested the mattress, nothing else came close. We got a good deal on the mattress and 50% off the bed frame with a super comfy curved head board. We had some questions post purchase and Neil was happy to help. Plus we got an 8 year guarantee on the bed and a 10 year guarantee on the mattress. Now I can't wait until my new bed gets delivered.
