Very impressed with Bensons for Beds
Very impressed with Bensons for Beds. They put so much effort into helping to find the right type of bed and mattress and work out the prices etc we were very pleased with them and their support. I even took a week or more to complete the purchase and I changed my Mind on the headboard but again it was all sorted by phone. As for delivery they were informative and within time slot and assembly was quick and easy. Not actually slept on new bed yet but will do in the next few days. Looking forward to a good nights sleep.

Your delivery guys were great
Your delivery guys were great. Our cottage is awkward but they managed well.
Unfortunately one of the mattresses was quite damp when we unpacked it.

Never knew what to look for or what to expect, except lying on beds seeing what feels right. Naveed, the man who served and assisted me was very helpful. Asked the right questions and gave me his suggestions based on what answers I gave him. Made the whole experience seamless and quickly found the bed I think is right for me.

I have to say online video call was…
I have to say online video call was rubbish on both occasions when I called. I was told after the 1st time I was going to get a quote emailed to me. Waited 2 days and had to contact them again t get it over and the price did not match Dreams.
Online messaging was the same, 45 minutes into it and again I was told that they would email the quote over...Nothing. I will not mention names or area.
However on a positive, in store at Farnborough, Hampshire. Tina and Manager Richard sorted me out, price matched, used my discount codes and even beat Dreams!
Good customer service should be recognised!
