Great experience
Great experience. Richard was attentive and knowledgeable and did not rush us. We had to subsequently make changes to order (not the store's fault) which they dealt with quickly and with good humour.

A brilliant experience!!
From the beginning when I met with Richard the salesman in the Farnborough store to yesterday when my order was delivered I could not be more impressed! Richard was a very pleasant and thorough young man to deal with, he understood what I was looking for and completed the sale with patience, explaining carefully everything I needed
to know. Notifications I received during the process was excellent . The delivery guys rang in advance to advise me of their eta and they handled the security gate entrance and difficult access drive brilliantly and with good humour!! The cottage staircase was a bit challenging but again they were brilliant and the bed was in situ very quickly. All in all the experience with Bensons for Beds has been amazing and I highly recommend the company. I am a very satisfied customer.

Matress replaced
Effecient.service...no hard sell salesman. Bed delivered.by two courteous men kept informed at all.times. Bed very comfortable.sleeping well on it higher then i am used to but good. yet to try out.pillows purchased through special.offer. old.mattress removed too.so all good. Good price paid and extremely.pleased.so far.

had our brand new heavy mattress…
had our brand new heavy mattress delivered today we were given a time slot and luke and Paul arrived dead on time didn't know they were going to 2nd floor flat but they were brilliant in this hot uncomfortable weather

Overall good experience from bensons for beds. Good sales service in store and delivery was prompt and informed with a 15min call ahead. The delivery team put the bed together well. Removed one star as they left the bed floating in the room and it weighs a tonne and the base is flush with the floor so nowhere to grip, so impossible to now move between myself and my husband. I did state to centre on the sockets against the wall, however it’s very close to the wardrobe on one side and makes it now tricky to use the wardrobe. I would have appreciated being asked to check the bed before leaving so I could have asked them to move into the correct spot given we paid for the assembly service, a tutorial of how to use the lift up mechanism would have also been appreciated.
I was a bit distracted having an electrician here at the same time so my advice would be to check the bed before they leave.
