Bensons For Beds - Farnborough648 Avis 

Very disappointing experience with Bensons for Beds from start to finish. The attitude and customer service at the Farnborough store were poor, and we felt unsupported from the moment we placed the order. Purchasing a bed should be a simple and enjoyable experience, but this turned into an unnecessary headache. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not recommend Bensons for Beds.

Great service from the second we stepped into the Farnborough showroom.
Had to change the delivery date a few times and Bensons were very accommodating. The communication has been extremely good and the delivery guys were polite and assembled our bed perfectly.

From when we first walked in the shop to the delivery of our new mattress was all very easy. Benson's kept in touch by email on a regular basis and delivery was within the allocated time slot. All the staff, from Richard in the shop, to the delivery driver & his mate, were very helpful & polite

We were unhappy about the igel side sleeper pillows purchased along with a very expensive Mammoth mattress. We went into the store day after receiving them to explain the pillows were too large and also wouldn’t fit in our pillow cases so could we return them. The sales assistant we spoke to asked the Manger if this was possible but he said no and walked past, saying get a larger pillow case, sales assistant stated there is a strict no return policy on pillows due to hygiene concerns, although mattress can be returned after up to 40 days after sleeping on it. After using the pillows for two weeks still not happy with them as although we chose side sleeper pillows we don’t always want to sleep on our side all the time so not a great product.

Very good sales team, delivery was great and we love the product. 2 nd purchase of hip hop bed for the children

From walking into store to delivery the service was great. Mattresses is perfect for me and I am incredibly grateful for the time the lady who served me gave me to find the right mattress based on the results from the machine used. Would highly recommend

Great all round service from beginning to end! Started off with a really perceptive sales person who got it just right! The delivery arrived during the time slot provided and the guys who did the delivery (Gary & Warren) were excellent in every way. Just love my purchase, it's so comfortable and got a brilliant nights sleep. Thanks to all who made the process so smooth!

From going into the showroom and the beds arriving - all was good. The showroom employee was pleasant and efficient, helpful but not pushy. (Richard, I think). The delivery men were on time and kept us informed about when they would get to us. They took care in bringing the beds in and were polite and pleasant. The tracking system was excellent.
The beds seem really lovely. (Guest room so not slept in as yet).

Very informative patience and understanding

The mattress is fine but when it was delivered I had three men the two older men John and Andy were lovely but the young man who I guess was a new guy in training used my toilet and urinated everywhere and somehow managed to drop my toothbrush behind the sink

I went to Bensons looking for a new mattress. Naveed asked if he could help and took me through the process. I could not have asked for better service. He was extremely helpful, did not rush me, and talked me through everything. Very satisfied with my experience.

My partner and I have just ordered our mattress from the Farnborough store at Blackwater Shopping Centre. We had such excellent service from Nasim who took care of us and helped us assess our sleep styles to find the best solution. My partner has quite specific comfort needs for his back whereas I am all about the breathability of a mattress - Nasim helped us navigate this and nothing was too much trouble for her. I even left with an unplanned new pillow purchase as well as the mattress, because I wanted to take advantage of Nasim’s advice while she was with us.

We had an excellent experience in Benson for Beds in Farnborough. We had Richie as our advisor who was brilliant. He didn't rush and was very patient. He sorted our delivery to our choice. Well done Richie .A big Thank you for your assistance and humour. From the 007 family.
