Nice experience from the staff
Andrew was very helpful and we were certainly beducated! He told us about all the different mattresses and their different selling points. He also had us on the testing mattress to find which firmness would be best for us. Any questions we had, he was able to answer.

Buying a new mattress is a daunting business because there are so many variables. After putting it off for too long we visited the store at Team Valley Retail Park. There, Jan welcomed us and showed us the different ranges that might suit our needs. She was helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy and let us try as many mattresses as many times as we liked. We made our final choice and she arranged delivery and collection of the old mattress. A huge relief to get it sorted. We got a great deal without any fuss. Thank you Gateshead team. Looking forward to some good sleeps!

We needed to buy a bed on a limited…
We needed to buy a bed on a limited budget for our elderly mother. We went ourselves to Bensons and talked to Paul at the store and he took a lot of time to go through costs and delivery dates. With the information he provided we were able to take our mother in the next day to try out the mattresses and make our choice. We received a great deal with minimal fuss.

Andrew at Team Valley
Andrew at Team Valley, Gateshead, was lovely. So kind, and interacted with our 15 year old boy to get the most out of our selection. Really helped us choose the right mattress. Used the funky assessment machine to figure out how he slept and what firmness he would need. Also good fun!
